Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved comfy bed, room size, bathroom size and toiletries provided were shampoo, Shower gel. Shower cap, q tips, toothbrush and small toothpaste, robes, slippers. We had the superior king bed. Small balcony but we didn't hang out there. Clothes drying rack was helpful!!! Washed small items and hung them dry overnight. Air conditioner worked great. Great location..near Zira spa. Must go there. It's just a few minutes walk away. Friendly staff. Clean. Bright and comfy. Highly recommend.

If I have to say one thing....I didn't like the air con facing the bed because it blew on me while sleeping but each room has a different setup. If this is very important to you, ask about this.

The quiet setting surrounded by plants yet in the centre of the old town. The frogs croaking in the small water areas in the evenings was delightful. The swimming pool was refreshing and surrounding area a lovely place to sit for a while. Breakfast was taken in a pleasant area with no enclosed walls. The whole hotel was a nice place to be. The room was large with a balcony to sit out on. A clothes rack was much appreciated. As always helpful staff who booked a trip for us, going above what we expected them to do.

A kettle rather than a water boiler thingy would probably have been more effective in heating water for coffee more quickly.

Great cosy hotel.Great location, walking distance to all main attractions.Lots of temples. The room was spacious, staff very kind and helpful.we stayed 3 nights , luckily a weekend , Saturday night market, Sunday night market and the bazaar market. You can walk everywhere , it s in the old quarter , lots of history. There s a small cafe just next to the hotel if you are hungry , cheap and cheerful. The breakfast was a bit of everything , it should match everyone taste, bread , fruits, Thai food, salad. A pool to relax in the afternoon heat.

We loved everything

Great ambience on entry. Excellent location, walkable to wats, close to 7-11 and museums. Spacious clean room with space for all bags, lots of useful furniture. Balcony facing morning sun. Bed 4-poster, comfortable with choice of pillows. AC quiet and worked well. Bathroom with good hot shower and a corner bath, ample toiletries. Housekeeping impeccable, always available within minutes, kept room clean unobtrusively. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The only flaw in this superb package was the unimaginative breakfast, which was limited, uninspiring and monotonous. The ultimate no-no for me was to see potato wedges thoughtlessly sprinkled with bacon - thus ruining it for people with dietary restrictions, who already had limited choices. Such a superb hotel should do better.

the room and the general decor of the hotel is really great. The hotel is conveniently located. Staff pleasant and helpful. The room we had was spacious, fantastic furnishings, great lighting and the bed was very comfortable.

Only one thing was a let down and that was the breakfast. Over a few days several of the dishes were unappetizing. Fried eggs cooked to death and bottom had a hard browned crust needing a knife to cut the egg. They have a beautiful restaurant and could attract more clients, but need to get a better cook. Doesn't know how to cook the Chinese dishes. Plus some of the dishes tend to be overly greasy, The Italian dish the sauce is close to a plain tomato sauce was lacking in olive oil, garlic, basil and oregano.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel grounds themselves were wonderful, especially the pool area which was a delight to sit around. The morning was terrific and eating in the half indoor/half outdoor space was especially enjoyable The staff was very friendly and efficient, but a special shout out to Chan Ya Pak who was extra helpful, especially when it came to getting our visa extension. We originally only booked for a week, but liked it so much we kept extending.

The only negative is that the hotel is located not far from a collection of outdoor bars and if you are sensitive to noise, the music is a bit of a problem. But that's the only drawback to this place.

Lovely, friendly and welcoming traditional hotel in Chiang Mai. Great location, within walking distance of the Sunday walking street and Nightmarkets and only 15 mins from the airport. Spotlessly clean, inviting pool that was always quiet. Breakfast service was very well organised with an egg station, wide range of cooked continental , local and international dishes with plenty of fresh fruits and juices. We tried them all. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped with huge and so very comfortable beds. A rainforest style and separate handheld shower units were powerful with plentiful hot water. We also had a little balcony with an airer which was very useful.

To be honest very little, our air conditioning didn't work one evening and staff were quick to fix this straight away. A couple of mornings the shower water ran cold when I presume someone above us had their shower on, however the cold soon woke me up.

Staff were the highlight of our stay, they were so obliging and pleasant. Location was also wonderful, close to the nightlife and tons of food stalls, however, far enough away that there was no noise keeping us awake at night. You're also surrounded by temples and are a walk away from all the markets. Hotel room was very clean as well was the pool and surrounding area. We had such a lovely stay here. Pictures are also a great representation of what the rooms look like.

Exceptionally friendly staff. The pool was great. Breakfast was outstanding and provided us with the opportunity to try new items of Thai food as we adjusted to the new culture.. We utilized the laundry service through the front desk; it was timely and clothes smelled good. Good Wifi. The decor in rooms were traditional Thai adding to the overall feel of the room.

The shower leaked, so the entire bathroom was under water after every shower. The tiles got very slippery when wet. The balcony was directly next to a wall. Lighting was poor, so it was difficult to use mirrors after dark. Beds were rock hard.

The location was perfect, really close to a ton of cute shops some fun night life, the night market, temples. Our room was very large, really clean, each room has their own wifi. The staff were very kind and helpful. We grabbed some breakfast from the buffet before heading to elephant nature park and it was perfect. Got to use the gym in the morning cause we weren't adjusted to the time difference and kept waking up super early so that was a plus.

Beds were a bit hard but not the worst thing ever.
