The staff was amazing and helpful. Maybe some might need to practice their english a bit but we managed without any problem. Room was nice, bed comfortable and quiet location. Breakfast and coffee were also nice! Nice bathroom with all facilities necessary.

Nothing really. Maybe they could upgrade their airconditioning unit but it worked without any issues. We were just very spoiled with a brand new aircon unit at the previous apartment.

It’s a very small boutique hotel with just a few rooms, but you realise that you’re in a special place If you face a difficulty, this was my case and all staff went out of their way to be of assistance.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. The a/c was welcoming after a day out. "Oil" on the front desk could not do enough to help. The owner is a pleasant individual always willing to help.

The door closers cannot be adjusted and slam shut loudly. The room is small. There is some road noise and car doors slam in the early hours with tourists taking to their tours. Some neighbours were noisy on occasion requiring intervention by us at 4am. The immediate neighborhood is scruffy with very uneven pavements.

The room was very clean, staff was very fast, helpful and friendly. They helped our friends arrange booking a bus to their next stop which wasn’t possible online. Breakfast included with the room had a wide array of options. Hotel exceeded our expectations for the price range.

We lost our room key while exploring Chiang Mai. While we were able to get a replacement room key for THB 500 (that’s ok we did loose the key) we were a bit worried about theft risk as the key has the hotel name and room number printed on it.

- the most comfy bed we have experienced in long time - spacious cozy room - a bottle of water every day - delicious breakfast - nice pool, only water was really cold - good water pressure - hot water in the shower - clean room

- we were there in time of the lantern festival and a receptionist wasn't able to provide us with more information on where and when we can watch releasing of sky lanterns - staff has lower command of English

The things I disliked about my stay here had nothing to do with the hotel. There’s a club close by that plays loud, aggressive EDM music until 4 am. There’s also a chicken next door that is loudly clucking at all hours of the night. So great sleep is nearly impossible unless you are a heavy sleeper.

Facilities in my suite are clean, reliable, comfortable and cool. Shower powerful and hot as you like. Bath is wonderful. Free water every day and room cleaned. Bed really comfortable and the location is quiet at night. Black out curtains work really well and staff helpful on reception. Restaurant staff also nice, friendly, food portions good. I only ate breakfast and it was good.

No lift. Pool a bit small.

- we asked the reception to book us a cab to the airport for the next morning at 6am; when we came down the next day, the man at the reception directed us to a car parked outside asking if we’d booked a taxi so I said yes and proceeded to open the trunk and luggage only to find out this was a strangers car!!! they hadn’t booked the taxi and the receptionist insisted on checking the room first before letting us leave and ordering us the cab. it was very rude and stressful as we had a plane to catch !

We only stayed in this hotel for 1 night, but we had a lovely time. The location was excellent, right in the city center and close to all attractions, restaurants, bars. The room was squeaky clean and cosy with a big terrace. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and we had a great time in the little pool too. Above all, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us! 🙏

We liked the stay there so much, we came back a week later again during our travels around the region. We booked the same type of room, yet we got smaller one but with balcony and a window in the bathroom. If you are on the ground floor, you have more space inside, on the first floor you get balcony but smaller room as such. See more details in my previous review.
