Location is very convenient. Few minutes walk to massage centre, night market, shops, bus terminal and just next to the walking st alley. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Carrie/Kerry (not sure how it is spelt) who was very attentive. She was there to receive me and helped me carried my bags to the room, and sent me off. She also suggested the best and cheapest way to travel to the attractions. On my 2nd day, I had cold and took some meds, and decided to sleep.in till noon. By 12.30pm she knocked on my door just to make sure I was alright...and I am so grateful. Be reminded there is no lift, but staff can help carry Yr luggage. And view of my room is the building the next door which gave no privacy whatsoever. Btw, we can now wear our shoes in the building.

Great stay! The staff was welcoming and always quick to respond to our inquiries before arrival. They even gave us some great recommendations in advance, which was really helpful. The breakfast is definitely worth it! Before leaving, we asked to store our luggage, and there’s a secure area for that, which was very convenient. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and we had no issues with noise. Thank you for everything!”

I think it depends on the person. For me, the mattress was hard, but for my friend, it wasn’t an issue.

The room was quite basic but clean and had some storage. The beds were surprisingly comfy. It was quiet (aside from whistle-blowing when school let out) and the location was great - super close to the Hilltribe Museum, within walking distance of the bus station and close to the main street. The breakfast was unexpectedly delicious - we were really pleased that we included the breakfast option with our stay. They were able to make us a wonderful vegetarian breakfast. Good AC.

The room could have used some color or decoration - both the room and the bathroom were pretty basic and the cafe area could use some freshening up.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood in Chiang Rai but still easily accessible by foot to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The room was simple but quite comfortable. The breakfast was more on the expensive end but it was a big quantity with a lot of variety and delicious, they even made it vegetarian for me. The staff were all very nice and the massage was really good for a very reasonable price.

The only downside was that to get to the rooms I had to pass through the massage centre which was a bit inconvenient, even though there were curtains.

The staff were helpful and approachable. They gave me different options to what attractions I want to do while in Chang Rai. The complimentary Thai massage was wonderful. It helps me relax but during the massage itself a little bit too much however you can let the masseuse know to lighten the pressure a bit so she can adjust to your comfort level.

The facility is a little run down and need a bit of work/improvements.

GREAT QUIET LOCATION across the street from a PARK. I listened to a FANTASTIK ASIAN ROCK concert from my BALCONY on the 2nd FLOOR. It was AMAZING!! Very quiet peaceful street. FREE Bike use... They make GOOD COFFEE and GOOD SMOOTHIES downstairs in KITCHEN. FRIENDLY STAFF and not far from RESTAURAANTS and a 7-11.

Not much. Only problem that I had was that a SLIDING GLASS DOOR to balcony sometimes came off track in Room A-1. Otherwise--ALL GOOD!!!

Nicer than a hostel: clean sterile spacious rooms on top of a massage place. The room has a fridge, hot water and is basic but clean. Small balcony with no furniture. They store your luggage for free. They have laundry service. 30% discount on massage (it was very good!). You can borrow basic bicycles for free which is a nice way to explore the city! Sweet girl working in reception. You can order smoothies and fruits etc. for breakfast.

No safety box, very hard uncomfortable string beds, no hangers, no handsoap. The balcony could have at least a chair, and would be nice with a drying string outside for wet towels etc. We were away for 3 days and our laundry wasn’t ready, so make sure to communicate with them clearly.

Paid for their premium king room with a balcony, don’t waist your money, the tiny balcony has 2 AC compressors in it and you get view to a metal roof. Upkeep was also a little lacking, signs of mold in the bathroom, really old linens and towels. You walk through their spa area to get upstairs to the rooms. Nothing major, pretty good hostel overall, was just expecting a little more because it was priced higher.

Rooms are ok - and Breakfast is worth it -

Clean comfortable room. Really liked the location. Near the walking street, but tucked in next to a park and church, so it was quiet. Free bicycle rental. When my shoes were muddy from the rain, I asked if I could use the hotel hose to clean them. The staff member brought out a brush and cleaned my shoes for me!
