Central location, helpful staff, very comfortable room, nice pool but photo a little deceiving, as expected to be nearer the sea. Otherwise could not fault it.

Great location, close to the beach bars and night markets. Beds were comfortable and large, great shower and amenities provided as well. We stayed 1 night and our corner deluxe room was adjacent to a day school 🏫 obviously lots of noise during breaks but nothing past 16:00 pm. The pool is small and clean however it’s facing north east and was shaded during the day so couldn’t make any use of that as the water were too chilled for us in January. Due to its location and parking availability this is a bit pricy option but for one night we got a great deal so it didn’t matter much. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and had a good English.

School noise off the corner room, pricy for long stays.

Liked most things. The room was excellent with a large bathroom with bath and stand alone shower. Excellent ac and a large double bed. Staff were very attentive. Central location and easy walk to soon bintabaht and night market. Breakfast was fairly limited but choice of eggs freshly cooked to order, Thai porridge and some Asian dishes meant there was plenty to eat.

The pool was pretty small and was actually not on the roof but one level down. Whilst it was outdoors the beds around it Walter under cover. Plenty roof top loungers if you wanted the sun though. ( rooftop area was a rooftop though and nothing more). The pool bar area was very intermittent on opening.

The room was perfect, full of light and equipped with everything such as complimentary coffee, tea and water, block notes and pen, flip flops and robe, hair dryer and toiletries. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath tub. The infinity swimming pool is a nice touch but has sun just during the morning. There is a deck upstairs equipped with deckchairs where you can sunbathe tho. Towels are provided. Friendly staff. The structure is located 5 min walking from the night market and not too far from beach bars and restaurants.

Very clean modern hotel. Rooftop pool area excellent, with it's own bar. Spacious well set out rooms with a balcony. Room came with a safe, hair dryer and bathrobes, as well as a very good selection of toiletries. Very friendly and efficient cleaning staff.

My room was right next to a school which could be very noisy for a large part of the day.

Very modern hotel and rooms. Very clean and tidy. Good size room, sitting area, plenty of bench space and lots of power points. Good choices for breakfast. Lots of parking, rooftop pool with a great view over Hua Hin. Short walk to the night markets.

Only a small issue was, the hot water in the shower, took forever to get warm. Sometimes had to have a cool shower instead of waiting. But with Thailands weather, not a big issue.

The hotel's location was good in the middle of local life and close to the center and the night market. The hotel was quite new and the room and bathroom were like new

The wifi connection was unprotected. The connection was sometimes good, mostly bad and disconnected. The storage space for clothes was insufficient for a longer stay. The closet needs more hangers for clothes and shelves for t-shirts, underwear...

Nice room with a decent sized bathroom including a small bath tub. Good shower. Comfortable and good size of bed. A good location for us, a short walk to the night market and a slightly longer walk to the beach.

We arrived by car and struggled with suitcases to get inside. Only then did we see two men sitting at the reception desk who clearly did not see it as their job to stand up, offer a welcome or help with the bags. Quite bizarre and appalling service. Breakfast: after two days we preferred to go outside and pay rather than suffer the poor fare served up here.

The hotel is lovely, gorgeous pool area with a lovely view, great sunbathing area on the top deck. Didn't eat here because there are plenty of restaurants in the area but the facilities looked lovely and the people I spoke to who did were very impressed. Room was perfect and the staff were fantastic. Great location too, close enough to the beach and facilities without being in the busiest area. Would love to go back.

There was nothing I didn't like

We had some pre-checkin issues---due to the scope of our confirmed reservation---but they were associated with a confusion caused by the booking.com portal and NOT the HOTEL, so that we got those matters resolved to our complete satisfaction prior to our arrival. Upon check-in at this relatively new Hua-Hin Hotel we were welcomed by the very accommodating and professional reception staff, who assigned to us the family room we had booked on the 5th floor, with ocean views. The rooms are adequately equipped and we had a small balcony facing the street side towards the ocean. Our bathroom had both a shower and a bath tub, which was very much appreciated. It's worthwhile noticing that the hotel's room service was simply perfect, since they even re-arranged--every day--all personal bathroom items of our family so that we found them neatly organized and in perfect order, and even our T-shirts and shorts were folded..... Internet access was also perfect, and I noticed that the hotel had installed a designated W-LAN router for each pair of hotel rooms on the 5th floor, so that we got good signal strength and data processing speed for all 4 mobile phones, plus my laptop. The hotel also has a roof-top pool on the 7th floor, and if you're sitting on the bench inside the pool---at the rear side of fthe pool, and facing the ocean----you can view the ocean as an extension of the (frontal) infinity-edge of the pool. It was nice to relax there during the evening/night hours, when the air temperature had dropped a little, so that the water felt pleasantly warm. There is also a Sky Bar to which we walked up from from roof-top pool level, although it was closed at the time of our visit. The location of the hotel---near Soi 55 off Hwy 4---is a convenient and very central location within the city of Hua Hin. The popular Hua Hin night market is in walking distance only about 300 m from the hotel, and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The breakfast buffet could perhaps be more diverse, especially if you're planning a longer stay at that hotel. Yet, given the fact that the hotel had fewer guests than under pre-Covid19 conditions, I admired the fact that they offered a BUFFET BREAKFAST at the hotel's cafe on the second floor, since many hotels are switching to a minimalist "a la carte" room service under those circumstances......
