Great location. Many local restaurants & coffee shops, 5 min walk to beach and walking street bar area. It is set on a back street so minimal noise. Rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. TV, safety deposit box, balcony, guest friendly, enough power points for chargers. Only downside is perhaps no elevator, but as a 50 year old on the 4th floor I had no issues. Best thing about the place is the owner "Nina* who went out of her way to ensure you were happy and had everything you needed. Great experience I will certainly be using this place again in future Hua Hin visit's.
Lacking in views. No USB charge points only electric sockets, but I had my own USBs so ok.

Nothing to dislike, maybe only recommend the curtains be changed for blackout curtains to stop the light coming in, Other than that I will come back again.

The owners, Nina is super nice she will always help you with a smile, the room has everything you need Safety deposit box, desk, even a bedside desk with locking drawer, a place for your toothbrush TV with multiple English-speaking channels, fridge, it shows that the owner cares about her customers, if all hotels would be like this one everyone would be happy, oh and great price for all you get.
Not the hotels fault, but the property in the front is an eye sorer.Still one of the best in Thailand.

Nina is the perfect host and with her fantastic mood she do everything possible to make the stay great! clean balcony power outlet and place to have phone++ in the bed room service every day while I was there with fresh water! better service then hotel 3 times the price I advise you all to stay here :) thanks for a great stay 🙏

Everything. Nina the host was extremely helpful with taxis, buses, local knowledge etc. and I couldn't have asked for more. I would definately stay again if I were to Visit Hua Hin. Thanks Nina!
