1.So the property is well maintained in many aspects. Its a good looking property. 2. Very near to the Hua Hin Night market 3. Walking distance from the Fishing Pier (7-10)mins walk 4. Some staff is very good. 5. The room was good overall

There are a few things we did not like- 1. We requested them well in advance to help us check in a bit earlier as in instead of 2pm to make it 1pm. We were with a toddler who has been travelling overnight. But they never kept that request. 2. The AC’s in the room were old and oddly functioning. 3. The TV had no channels. We were living a king suite even then no TV channels. Except the few local channels. 4. Ohh my same breakfast everyday. Yea they were good but same breakfast. We had stayed once from 29th July-1st August and the next from 5th-7th August. All of the time same breakfast.

I was in room 614. I was able to view the beach from my bed. The room was clean, bright, lovely decor. The window opened to the street. They were double glazed and blocked the street noise. A balcony was on the other side of the room, with a partition wall that blocked the noise from the next room. It is difficult to explain, but you couldn't hear people in the rooms on either side because the partition nook blocked noise. Great design. The shower was nice. A walk-in. Lovely couch. Bed was a little hard, but I slept well. The air conditioner was fabulous, right across from the bed. I was really happy here. The staff were fabulous.Bell was my favourite staff at the front desk. The pool was lovely. Well positioned and near the night market.

Not all staff were well versed in English.. The bed needs a topper. It's a shame that their restaurant downstairs was not open. And there's a beautiful area on the rooftop, great views, lounges, but the bar wasn't open.

The hotel is close to the night markets and songthaews that run from the airport to Monkey Mountain, market mall shopping centre, beaches and other markets. It's also a 10minute walk from the railway station. But leave from the side pickup drop off area and walk alongside the tracks and cross over at the road, and you are only a few minutes away. The footpaths and roads are not conducive to walking or pulling a suitcase or wheely cabin. The housekeeping service is excellent. The pool is very nice as well. Though needs some more shade.

Limited pool deck chairs and guests who place towels first thing in the morning and stay a long time. Not enough shade, and it gets very hot. Rooftop bar area closed for a long time, do disappointed.

Good location. Good breakfast, clean and tidy. Close to the centre and not too far from the beach and within walking distance. Train station was nearby which was convenient as we arrived by train. We were given a room upgrade as the room we originally booked had a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Hotel reacted swiftly and professionally and moved us.

The hotel was extremely busy, 3 coach loads of guests arrived on our second night with only one small lift that covered 8 floors, Waiting for long periods numerous times and this became frustrating. Pool small and the gym was tiny with very limited equipment.

This hotel is a few streets away from the night market and a 10 min walk from the seafront, so close enough to bars and restaurants. We booked a ‘suite’ which gave us a little more space and a sitting area. The breakfast was very limited, but we usually found enough to choose from. We always found the staff friendly. If you are pleasant to them they are pleasant and helpful to you. Overall the hotel was good but it needed some maintenance/renovation.

Swimming pool area only small, so we didn’t use it. Missed having outside space for relaxing.

This hotel is a very good choice in the centre of the old town with; good Western coffees, plenty of affordable Thai cafe food, night markets including a vibrant evening food court (closed on Tuesdays), easy walk to the beach and a local cultural experience. However, if you prefer a Phukit type experience, then head to the touristy Beach areas.

The Westerners (men), mainly older with big guts, wandering the town centre in boxer shorts, thongs, and no shirt. Suitable for beachside but anywhere else in town, a total lack of respect for cultural norms.

breakfast was not at the level that i expected and if staying at this hotel again i would not pay for there substandard breakfast. They ran out of food options on a number of occasions and when i advised same all i got was i am sorry we ran out. on my last day they even took a complete station away due to lack of product on a already extremely limited set of food options. So if breakfast is important to you and your partner stay at another hotel

Location, Staff and cleaning was very good. 710 room with sea view. Plug points are there, but not appropriate places. That is the only drawback .

One of the staff arranged a taxi to go to Damnoen sadauk floating market and the driver tried to scam us by not going to floating market entrance, but a different place of boat entrance . Since we researched before going there, that crook could not do much to us . Go on a taxi after enough research of the place before going there. Take care future guests.

Very good breakfast with sufficient variety to please us. Excellent and attentive staff and a good location ... with easy walk to restaurants, cafes, night market and money changers. Pool was good and Gym was usable, with sufficient free weights.

WiFi was patchy and needs attention. Free weigts in the gym were OK, but the weight machines needed attention ... one of them was partly unsuable.
