The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided a wonderful recommendation for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants by the river for authentic Thai food. Although breakfast options were limited, it was more than enough for us and lovingly made. The view of the River Kwai from our room was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The concierge even arranged for us to visit the Hellfire pass memorial site at very short notice.

Everything was perfect and we loved our stay.

Clean and modern design, love that there’s plenty of natural sunlight in the room. The jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking Kwai River view is fabulous! Pool and overall facility area is clean and well maintained. Loving all the greens, they are well taken care of and add on so much mood to the overall ambience. They also provide bicycle for free, we enjoyed our night time cycling to the nearby night market. Breakfast is good as well. So much good things to talk about definitely good value for money!!!!

Nothing much except they don’t provide toothbrush and the AC blower in the room is way too strong even at 1 fan mode.

The building itself is beautiful and modern, set back slightly from the Main Street, sitting just on the river bank. Great bars, restaurants and shops online steps away. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. Exceptional stay , I will be returning.

My only complaint which isn’t really a complaint , would have to be that the hotel restaurant closes at 6. However there are many wonderful places to eat on the hotels doorstep so you will never go hungry

Good size room, good breakfast. Location was good. The hotel has it's own pier so we got picked up from the hotel by a longtail boat for our private trip. Good swimming pool although we didn't have the time to use it. Staff were helpful.

The room whilst very nice needs a bit of a refresh, coat of paint etc. The bedroom floor looked dirty although it probably wasn't - just looked like it was. WiFi wouldn't auto reconnect but worked well when connected. The fridge didn't work - no cold beers for us. I think the top floor rooms were being refurbished.

Beautiful hotel, stayed here a few years ago and it's as lovely as ever, very tranquil right on the river, the rooms are lush, wood panelled, huge bed, big tv, jacuzzi and shower room and overlooking the pool and the river. Great breakfast in the mornings with lots of variety from cereals and yogurts to traditional Thai curries and noodles, beautiful coffees brought to your table. Lovely pool area, very clean and very quiet. Friendly staff.

The air con was a bit noisy that's the only very minor complaint but I've still had to give this hotel a 10.

Fantastic, clean hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, awesome views from our room, nice pool, adequate breakfast.

The only issue we had was that the room was quite poorly lit.

Room was big and clean and pool access from the room on an extremely hot and humid day was amazing. Pool was clean with a beautiful view of the river.

Staff explained at check in that in case we lose the plastic card/s to the room we would be charged 500 Baht (!) which is the equivalent of approximately 12.5 dollars. In this location you can purchase a nice dinner for this amount. Luckily we didn’t lose the cards. Also, upon check out they send a cleaning person to the room to check everything is in order (nothing has been taken from the room?) prior to settling the fees… I guess they’ve had bad experiences with guests but I’ve never seen such process before and I’ve been traveling quite a lot. This is awkward given they have the guest’s credit card information on the reservation.

Natee The Riverfront is a very beautiful and cozy hotel - an ideal place to relax on the River Kwai. The hotel has it's own territory where you can comfortably relax: in the evening under beautiful lights you can sit by the river, in the room the view from the Jacuzzi on the river is really impressive. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. It is also convenient that there is a street with stores and many places to eat next to the hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff, special thanks for the birthday surprise in the room. Would recommend!

The location is great - on the main road but tucked away. Good to access shops and bars. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The view is amazing. We were visiting family and staff were very accommodating to let them join us at the hotel for a few hours.

The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. We stayed here a year ago and could see how things have deteriorated. For example, broken steps down into the restaurant, slight holes in walls from doors hitting them, and the wood outside the property looking like it needs treating.

My husband loved the breakfast ( he’s a meat eater) but unfortunately it was very poor for me as a vegan - that is my only complaint - fortunately, there is a wonderful vegan cafe just at the hotel entrance
