Fantastic, clean hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, awesome views from our room, nice pool, adequate breakfast.

The only issue we had was that the room was quite poorly lit.

The location is great - on the main road but tucked away. Good to access shops and bars. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The view is amazing. We were visiting family and staff were very accommodating to let them join us at the hotel for a few hours.

The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. We stayed here a year ago and could see how things have deteriorated. For example, broken steps down into the restaurant, slight holes in walls from doors hitting them, and the wood outside the property looking like it needs treating.

I only stayed one night, but wish I could have stayed longer. I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked soooo inviting! The room had stunning — breathtaking! — views of the water. I find jacuzzis a bit silly, but it was a beautiful one. The stone slab shower was even better in my opinion. Breakfast on the river was also delicious! We stayed the night after visiting Erawan Waterfalls. There are tourist restaurants all around the hotel, but the night market is only five minutes away and has a ton of amazing, cheap options!

The room was very nice and spacious with a comfy bed. I loved the balcony and view of the river. The bathroom was very, very nice with a great shower (water pressure is everything) and a spa bath. Be prepared for a wait if you want to use the bath though as it does take quite a while to fill. The breakfast offered by the hotel is varied with western and eastern dishes and hot and cold options. The view of the river while you eat is also lovely. The pool and gardens of the hotel are beautiful too. It is an easy walk to the famous historical Railway Bridge on the River Kwai where there are markets and restaurants to explore.

The hotel is the nicest building in the area by a country mile. Once you step out of the hotel grounds you are not exactly in the nicest part of Kanchanaburi. There are quite a few bars along the street that attract as my friend dubs them 'sleazy sex tourists' and the restaurant down the road we ate at on our first night made us both unwell for the first time since we had arrived in Thailand (10 days already with no issues). The one downside about the room was the seating on the balcony. It's just a wooden bench, so not that comfortable to chill on if you want to sit out on the balcony admiring the view.

The hotel room is well-maintained, offering a clean and pleasant environment with a captivating riverside view. The hotel room exudes a captivating ambience. The staff is also friendly and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience. Additionally, the breakfast is served at an appropriate time.

In my opinion, the lighting in the hotel room is quite dim, and it gives off a rather dark atmosphere. I would recommend increasing the lighting or providing more options for different levels of brightness, allowing guests to choose their preferred ambience.

The bed was real comfortable and spacious. Quiet room and laundry just across the hotel. Lots of lonely pubs outside. Family oriented. Saw vegan food sold outside the hotel if this is any help to anyone.

Breakfast was boring. They didn't offer coffee/tea, read online that we needed to pay extra, so didn't bother asking. The place is full of big sized mosquitoes, they probably could have gotten rid of the water hyacinth by the river.

The room were very simple but there were everything we would need. there is a nice view to the pool, there are comfy little tables and seatbanks on the open floor to have a small dish or take a drink before bedtime. The eating were very good, especially the fresh fruits and the asian food were superior. At least, we were feeling us very welcome, the owner and also her co-workers were friendly, open minded and very heartful <3

The fridge is usually off when you take out your rooms entry card, but you can keep one card in the room and the other you can take outside. this is the only thing who were sub optimal but its an luxury-issue...

The location is exceptional, with superb river views! The design of the hotel is exceptional, with features everywhere you look. Most hotels are a series of boxes bolted together, but not the Natee. It has even been built around trees! I have stayed in dozens and dozens of hotels around the world, but this hotel quite simply is the best.

Couldn't get the safe to work, but it was probably me !!

The scenery at my room level 6 is fantatstic. Check in was smooth. Staffs are very approachable. The servers at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly. Food are delicious as well especially the pork porridge. Good to eat something warm after a good night rest! They change most of their food menu during next day breakfast as well. I would like to comment one particular front desk lady who is working the night shift i believe. It was about 6am and I was going to check out to go to Kanchaburi Railway station for the 7.20am train. She was so so so kind to tell me that it was too early to go there and wait. She suggested me to have some quick breakfast first before going as there most likely wont have any traffic jam (this hotel location is near to the Railway station) and there wont be any crowd as well. This is a priceless kind information coming from her which i regret did not get her name (due to half awake). She also helped us ensure the taxi come and pick us up before 6.50am to send us to the station. This i would like to thank you so much, Miss Kind front desk lady. The Jacuzzi was very strong and good....we used it and most of our tiredness was gone.

Nothing much except that the bath towel can be improve. It looks okie and feel clean. Smell not bad. But maybe a little bit old already.
