Check in was fast and staff polite and helpful, also very helpful regarding local knowledge

Breakfast was a bit limited for English visitors but expected

We know the place having stayed several times there in the past. It is perfectly located, very comfortable, WIFI signal is very strong, staff is nice. Breakfast is excellent and easily keeps you going for 18 golf holes...

The only thing that prevents me from giving it an "exceptional" rating all the way is the noise generated by the maids talking loudly in the corridors and using their talkie-walkie at a VERY high volume wich is annoying and above all unnecessary. We told them, let's see if next time (because yes, we shall return) we can give them an "exceptional" rating.

We been in this Hotel for 3 nights, everyone was very friendly and polite, breakfast was delicious, swimming pool and surroundings was nice and tidy ! I have no reason for complaining about the Hotel ! Only thing what makes me feel sad ... I was buying birthday present for my 9 years old little friend ,and i left his gift in room table and unfortunately gift disappeared 😪

The location is right across a great local restaurant, the bike rental, and 7eleven, pharmacy are a short walking distance away. The room was basic, clean, complimentary water. Balcony was very small. Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. Pool was nice. Quiet at night. Breakfast had plenty of choice. They have a private parking. All in all an amazing stay for the price. We drove to Sai Yok, which is quite far to drive to with a scooter but the roads are in a very good shape.

We loved the swimming pool here; was shaded which allowed us to swim at any time of the day without full sunshine. Beds were comfy and hotel was quiet at the time of us staying there so had a restful stay. Great location for all the shops/restaurants etc. all within easy walking distance. We had everything we needed and the place was very clean

We requested a takeaway breakfast on one of the mornings we were there because we had an early trip planned. I asked for a simple fried rice dish, which I thought would be quite easy for the staff to prepare. however they wouldn't prepare me that and I had a pretty horrible 'sandwich' which wasn't edible as was loaded with sauce and mayonnaise so skip the takeaway breakfast! The breakfast in the hotel was nice though

We had a nice big room and enormous bed which was very comfortable. The pool is really nice and you can see the sun setting from there. We also used the gym which is fairly well equipped. Breakfast was tasty - they didn't have a full buffet breakfast on because there were very few guests staying, but the rest was nice. Good location, can walk to everything.

There was no wifi when we stayed which wasn't that bad but could have been annoying for someone needing to work. We found the staff fairly unhelpful and not particularly welcoming.

Beautiful clean hotel. Very comfortable king-sized bed. Lovely friendly staff. Nice room with safe,fridge , balcony and ac. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Location central, 15 mins walk to kwai Bridge. Nice bar in the evening. Swimming pool is gorgeous on second floor and under cover.

The sound proofing between rooms wasn't good.

I stayed 3 nights in all - nights 2 and 3 were much better than the 1st because the crazy noise of the holiday weekend started to fade away and there was peace and quiet, especially on the Monday

As the hotel occupancy went down, so did the breakfast - no more buffet, only dishes booked in advance - but it was still ample. Also, the water pressure in the shower was low.

Clean The pool although it was too cold Even with 2 days stay cleaning in between. She even put the bedding (dekbed) back in the cover. I just don't understand why use that when it is 30 degrees outside. Most if personell was very helpfull and friendly

Pool too cold Never a response to my request for an early check-in. And although there were rooms i had to wait till 13.00 (from 9) They couldn't/wouldn't? tell me more about the annual bridge event. They should know as it is every year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, large bedrooms with aircon. The pool was a good size. Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of foods, fresh fruit and freshly made pancakes and waffles. Located near to 'The Bridge' and the cemetery for the POWs. Lots of bars and restaurants close by but the hotel rooms were quiet. The bar at the hotel had a good range of quality drinks. I cannot rate it highly enough.
