The area is really quite and nice. Restaurant and pool have a great view and good food and drinks are offered by friendly staff. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and good location next to the train station. Really recommend this hotel as value for money is great. Pool is nicer and bigger than it seems on the pictures.

Facilities in the room could be updated, but value for money is still great.

Well last visit January 23 this visit November 23, what has happened, no furniture on decking to sit and relax, 4 plastic chairs and 2 small tables, cocktail bar moved downa deck , didnt even know it was there , not lit up or a server, smoking area, yes people do smoke, a small area near the toilets, not a good place to be, people walking past, to near the kitchen,dining ares and pool, you have other places away from the non smokers and to see 8 people around an ash tray on thr car park is terrible, come on .you have to cater for all your guests, they all pay the same high price

We enjoyed two nights here and throughly loved the hotel facilities, staff and location. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, who were always polite and friendly. We had no transport, so the bike hire was so helpful in getting around Kanchanaburi - to the bridge over the river Kwai, museums and war cemetery. The staff helped us with onward transfer at the end of our stay here. Cocktails by the river side at night were a favourite. The situation of the hotel is perfect for watching the sunset. It is peaceful and just beautiful. The room we had was large and had everything we needed. Plus two complimentary soft drinks per day from the fridge. The bathroom was spacious and the shower really good. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and would love to stay again.

One thing - The walls are a little thin.

Wonderful location overlooking the river and a short 5 minute walk to the famous bridge. Great pool and incredible variety to choose from at breakfast. I was in the larger garden room and thought it was perfect and quite luxurious. Staff terrific especially the front desk young lady named Amp. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was very surprised to learn she began work at the hotel only a month ago after finishing a program in tourism. She acted as if she had a lot of experience.

Not a thing. Oh maybe that it made me keep logging back into the wifi. A little annoying.

The hotel location was perfect. A short walk from the bridge and the train station (the stop after Kanchanaburi when coming from Bangkok). It was easy to get a tuk tuk to the town centre or bikes were available from the hotel. The setting of the hotel was amazing. We loved spending time at the restaurant, on the terrace or at the pool , all overlooking the river. Very tranquil. Delicious food both at breakfast, when there were so many choices, and at other mealtimes. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The staff were kind and attentive.

It is very well situated - very close to the death railway station. The staff on reception were all wonderful and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable with the added luxury of two pillows each which was great. The breakfast buffet was well done and tasty although the thai food could be rather lukewarm. The omelettes were great..

The bar in the evening was unstaffed and it was difficult to get anyone to serve you - you had to walk to the restaurant to find someone which was a shame as there were loads of staff and very few customers. It would have been nice to know that there was a railway station nearby so we could have taken the train to there and walked the 250metres to the hotel rather than getting off at the main Kanchanaburi station which is a 40 min walk away.

Met by wonderful friendly staff on check in. Room small but had everything we needed. Everywhere is so clean and peaceful. Beautiful views from the pool, terrace and restaurant. Extensive breakfast options every morning. Best location close to the River Kwai bridge and station (the next station from Kanchanaburi if you come on the train from Bangkok). We made full use of the bicycles that were free to borrow and took them up into town when visiting museums and no issues with keeping them safe. The perfect place to relax

Nothing at all

We stayed at the U Inchantree for our visit to the Erawan Waterfalls and had an amazing experience! Upon arrival we were instantly welcomed with great hospitality and our luggage was brought to our room. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Even 2 complimentary drinks from the minibar and some sweets. After a nice quiet night the breakfast buffet was very extensive and of high quality, with both many Thai dishes as well as continental. Also the view over the river from the terrace where breakfast was served was beautiful! We would definitely have loved to stay here a bit longer than just one night!

The staff was the best ever! Special shout out and love to our friend Khaan, the man helping people when entering and leaving, he's fantastic! Please say hi from Milo & Ellis. Location hotel very good. Breakfast super! Bicycles perfect service. Check-in great.

For us the superior room was really way too small! Almost couldn't move or unpack our bags. Difficult always with pool towels + a bit disappointed when asking for towels the evening before for our trip next day and they would make sure it's there in the morning. When asking for it in the morning, they said that they will have it at the Elephant Haven. But as expected No they didn't have it at Elephant H. Little lizards in the room but ok that's nature 😂

We recommend the place : - excellent place 3mn to kwai river bridge and museum. - very quiet place with nice view on Kwai River and Bridge, with efforts to make the place a bit romantic and destressfull - Good restaurant, with many choices - excellent breakfast - Good equipment, gym... - staff is really kind and welcoming, ready to help their clients - very spacious room and bathroom, very clean. Again house keeping and laundry adapted to our timeschedule , we are very satisfied

- nothing :) if need to improve, maybe more place (more shelves or cabinet) for unpacking bagages and not let clothes in bagage would be welcome. But it's just to say something here :) because our stay has been really excellent, again, we recommend the place. And maybe one stronger light in the room. - weather... lol :)
