Great position on the beach. Nearby bars and restaurants along the sand. Lovely pool area. Fab beachfront bungalow, very spacious and clean…..decorated for our honeymoon 🥰 Staff wonderful and helpful. Hired a scooter for a day and saw the rest of the island but our position seemed the best. Thanks for the beautiful memories 😊

Better monitoring of towels on sunbeds that were there for hours and not used! Policy of 1to 2 hour and staff remove them would be good as not enough sun beds for everyone to begin with

The room we had was very spacious and clean bungalow and was that close to the beach it could’ve been classed as sea view. The room was perfect for what we wanted, the bathroom could’ve had another light as the bathroom was so big the shower area could become dark. The room was cleaned when we requested as shown with the sign on the door and was replenished appropriately. When we requested for it not be cleaned we received a little package of clean towels, toilet roll and water on the doorstep which was a perfect touch. The hotel as a whole is lovely, the location is great but is quieter - bars within walking distance & it’s just a sleepy island. The pool area is beautiful overlooking the sea and the restaurant food is great. We did have breakfast included where they give you coupons for a buffet style. All the restaurant staff made an effort to help you. The staff really do make this place. From coming in at reception and being greeted by Memee who showed us to our room, helped and booked our transfer for us, sorted our laundry and helped hire the scooter. She’s a gem to this place. Every member of staff had fabulous English and made you feel welcome. Overall our best hotel in Thailand so far (3 weeks in) - Thanks Memee & team from 213!

Needed an extra light in the shower

My superior deluxe bungalow was lovely, clean and had beautiful surroundings. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful The location was great, beach was stunning and had everything we needed. Good choices at breakfast.

My friend paid for a superior deluxe but wasn't given that initially, she had bed bugs and it was more run down. Staff were very efficient and quick in offering another bungalow. Other holiday makers claimed sunloungers from 6am, not giving anyone else chance to enjoy the pool areas. The restaurant staff were miserable. We felt like an inconvenience ordering. The service was also shocking, I had finished my meal before my friends had come out we had to ask twice for her food. we only ate there once due to this.

we were a bit sceptic from various reviews when we booked accommodation but in real, it totally overcome our expectations. Everything was really nice, clean and we felt really incredible. Staff, bungalow, room, pool, acess into the sea and to beach = perfect. breakfast - very good (from pancakes, to ham and vegetable and fruit, to padthai, bread, butter and jams, eggs, sausages, etc.. everything you usually eat at home ;) ). we also used laundry and in hotel and the service was super fast. thank you very much for super service and friendly environment for our stay.

It backs onto the most glorious beach, the sea was calm and inviting, a five minute walk from the hotel along the beach and there is a good choice of bars and restaurants, about eight in total which in my opinion isn’t to many to ruin it, all in all I really enjoyed my time on Koh Lanta and hope to bring my children soon, it feels very safe for children

A perfect place to enjoy sunsets and the sea. The receptionist and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped. The location of our room was near the beach, a 1 min walk, and you are on the beach. The swimming pool was nice and next to the beach. The views were beautiful. Every day, you get a new scene to enjoy. We stayed for two weeks and were not bored even a single day.

The couch in the room was not comfortable. It was entirely wood with no cushioning. It would be nice if it had some cushions to support the back. TV can use some upgrades. It didn't have any sports channels broadcasting FIFA World Cup. The water pressure in the bathroom could be better.

Great location: just a few steps from the Long Beach from whichever type of room/bungalow you choose. The area of the resort gives a feeling of privacy as you walk on small pathways between palm trees and banana leaves. We booked for 3 nights but prolonged for 5 nights more since we liked it so much. Rooms have everything you need: small fridge, kettle, cups, hairdryer, AC (that works really well).

Breakfast was not so good: food is kept in such a heat without any temperature control or any covers from flies. It would be great to renovate the showers and the drains as the water hardly goes away (but in general, it works).

The location was fantastic, the long stretch of white sandy beach is really stunning and the sunsets were stunning. There are two pools which were good. Rooms were a bit sparsely decorated and needed a bit of an update but they were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was good but some issues with flies hovering over food. This maybe can't be helped but put me off anything that was not adequately covered. Overall food quality not as good as some of the restaurants just outside the resort.

The beach and pool are lovely and a great place to spend a couple days relaxing. Rooms and balcony are spacious. Hotel is nice and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There lots of restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. (They offer a free pickup from the dock if you ask them).

Breakfast was average, got a bit boring bu day 3 but if you walk straight up the road there’s a restaurant that sells fruit and cuts it for you. The massages are out by the pool so we didn’t get one. Rooms have just been renovated and the finishings aren’t very good.

Great value for the money! The location close to the beach was wonderful and the reception staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a free shuttle bus into Saladan which was very useful. It was our second visit and we would certainly stay here again.

There was a good spread at breakfast and although there were plenty of staff around they were very poor at replenishing the supply. They did willingly when you asked them.
