The hostess was super friendly and helpful! We didn't encounter a more pleasant person during our time in Lanta, and the locals are all really nice. She assisted us with everything we needed help with: scooter rental, a rash caused by mysterious seaweed(?), and ATMs. The other residents staying with us at the same time were also really friendly. It was peaceful to stay in the house, and nothing disturbed our sleep. The room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels. Big plus for air conditioning. Lanta Grand House pleasantly surprised us in every aspect, and we regret only staying for four nights and not longer.

Really friendly staff, nice location. Quite many restaurants nearby. Room is a good size and it's clean. You can book trips and rides/ferries to different cities/islands trough the hotel. You can also rent a scooter from the hotel or next door. The island's traffic is minimal so it's super easy to explore the island by driving yourself. You can access the beach by walking trough the resort opposite the hotel.

Payment is cash only, they used to have card option but not anymore (maybe someday again). Bed was a bit hard for my taste.

I don't have enough words of thanks to say for all the kindness I had at Lanta Grand House. There was an accident on Nui beach in which I ended up breaking my foot. Traveling alone, far from family and unable to walk, I became desperate. Like two angels, the owners of the Gran Hotel took great care of me. They transferred me to a room on the ground floor until my recovery and helped with all the mobility necessary to get food and go to the clinic. Thankful for everything.

The room was big enough and very comfortable. We booked one with fan and that was good, we didn’t miss the ac because the fan worked perfect. The room had everything to make our stay perfect, and there is also free water everyday. The owner is the best, she is always there for anything you may need, very helpful and extremely nice, we already miss her. Thanks for everything, if we ever go back, definitely we will book here again.

Great location next to Long Beach, property super clean and spacious. We had room with fan & cold water and it was the best value for money! Ri, the owner, helped us to organize lots of excursions and our trip to the next destination, for anything we needed was always available and was the most helpful and smily host we have ever met! Our room got cleaned every 2-3 days with fresh linen and towels, we had the best stay! Super recommended 😊

Speaking about the location of the hotel, I will say it's good (you must think about renting a bike as well to explore more areas), it's a 5 min walk to the long beach which is really nice and clean with some bars and restaurants. If your intention is to visit other beaches then you must absolutely think about a motorbike. The room is clean and neat & the owners are super duper nice providing everything needed to please their customers. To be honest you'll have the feeling like you are staying with some family members.

Personally, nothing to complain about. The ratio price & service was fully respected.

Only good things. Good location. 10 min walk from the beach (walking through the chalet resort). This place also functions as a tour agency so, you can get anywhere from here. Minimart next to the hotel which is kinda like a 7 eleven

Nothing bad really. Maybe more drying racks outside (ours kept getting borrowed by other people). Air could have been aittle stronger but that wasnt really a problem at all.

Ree and her family is absolutely wonderful! She will help you with anything (renting bikes, laundry, trips...) and her english is excellent! The place is very simple but got everything you need. Cleaning is super and location is great if you fancy beach walks on Long Beach. Just turn right after the Togehter Cafe and the small road will lead you to the beach! 😉 This area is a bit more calm, so expect some walking (bike!) if you crave the more busy areas. Still close to good restaurants, a great gym, the beach and about 1km to the nearest 7/11. Will stay again if I visit Koh Lanta!

Everything was great! It didn't bother me, but if you're sensitive to noise during your sleep - notice the place is very close to the main road, so it will be a bit noisy from the traffic.

The owner was super friendly and helpful with every questions we had. It is really a pleasure to stay at such a heart-warming host's place, it made our stay very enjoyable. The house is few minutes away from co-hub which is very good for the ones who work. The long beach is just 5 minutes away which is clean and quite.

The house is next to a big street. The air conditioner was loud and smelly.

Everyone connected with the property was very friendly and helpful. You can book tours and tickets through them. They also rent mopeds at low prices. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the beach and it's on the main road, so it's easy to get to restaurants and shops. The room was large and clean.

Just be aware that they only accept cash.
