Location, quiet, close to food markets, really comfortable room, great internet (speed around 100 Mbps) and connectivity. Accessible, transportation services outside the hotel.

Nothing bad about the property. Keep in mind, if going with a toddler, the bathroom can be a little bit uncomfortable and there is no elevator.

To start with, the lady at the reception is absolutely the kindest, most polite and informative you'll ever come across, thank you.🙏 The view from the room (over a car park) may not be the most exciting, but the room itself is rather large, the bed very comfortable and the whole structure modern and, well, sweet really. The location is excellent, very close to the night markets and a walking distance to the mangrove path.

The WiFi was not always working.

Alreadyupon check-in I was greeted with a dmile and utmost friendliness. As I arrived early my room wasn’t ready but I could leave my bag at the reception. The room was bright with many windows and a balcony. There were a kettle and complimentary coffee/tea and water, a fridge, tv, a/c, hairdryer provided. Everything was sparkling clean and very spacious. The location next to the daily market in the city centre but also close to the river and pier was perfect for me.

Pretty good this place, a nice view overlooking the river, central location with 2 night markets, shops, restaurants and anything else you might need on the doorstep but quite peaceful too. It also has its own cafe and bar.. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff are all very pleasant and the lady that runs reception is very welcoming and helpful... with great English. I'd certainly stay here again.

Modern hotel room with a huge room and restively small shower. Bed was very comfortable and room had fridge and kettle. Also, first hotel room - in four months travelling through SE Asia - with USB charging sockets.

The air conditioning was very poor and the WiFi was useless. I ended up turning WiFi off and using my sim data. There was no one I could ask about it as the reception is closed 9pm - 8am.

The 3 ladies are incredibly friendly and helpful and make the whole stay an absolut pleasure. The location is perfect, it's close to everything in the center. It's in the middle of all but it's still quiet at night, at least in the rooms in the house in the back (there are two buildings with rtooms). The rooms are spotlessly clean. There is no breakfast but they have wonderful coffee. And as mentionned: The the service attitude and the haertly affability of the 3 ladies in unbeateble. Anytime again.

The lady at the reception was so lovely and made us smile! Very friendly and helpful. The location was great, nice bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Only small thing I would say is the towels were quite old, could do with some new ones!

I want to thank Phleo (I think it’s her name) the girl in the front desk, she was helping me to get a tour for Phiphi islands even if it’s not her job, helping me to have a great vacations!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 very respectful and very dedicated to her job, that’s how Thai people is, always with a smile! Thanks

The staff were incredibly lovely, helpful and always had a big smile! Great size room, quiet at night, comfy bed, very clean, good aircon, well priced breakfast. Perfect location for doing all the boat trips / day trips on offer and close to lots of food options and markets at night. We booked 1 night initially and ended up staying for 5 nights!
