The location is great and the staff are friendly enough. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, it has aircon and was surprised to find a lamp in the room too (often overlooked in my rooms ive stayed at in Thailand). There are pros and cons to this place. But maybe i try somewhere else next time.

Rooms are advertised and show pictures of a room with a TV- my son wanted a movie night in the bunk beds but when we arrived there was no TV. Also advertised as all rooms having balconies but our room didnt have a balcony. There wasnt any smoking area and i asked downstairs for an ashtray or a rubbish bin but was told there isnt one 'sorry!' the cafe downstairs serves bitter hot chocolate and luke warm coffee. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no mini fridge. You can leave your luggage but its not secure or in a private area, just leave it on a bench in reception.

The room was spacious, and there's a coffee shop downstairs which was very convenient to get early coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot with our inquiries. The hotel is located at the corner end of the street and it's pretty peaceful at night. A walking distance to the pier and night market. Will definitely stay here again next time.

The frosted door of the toilet is a bit see through. It's a bit uncomfortable to do your deeds when travelling with a group of friends and they can see your silhouette in the toilet And there's no iron..

rooms were lovely and spacious, clean and with good facilities (clothes horse, fridge, kettle) staff were nothing but amazing and very accommodating with any request

unfortunately on our first night we noticed a collection of ants by the bed and also lots of mosquitos in the room due to the door having very big gaps. This was at 10pm. I rang the receptionist on the number provided upon arrival. The guy (can’t remember his name) was nothing but amazing! Came a couple minutes after the phone call was made. offered us another room and was very apologetic. can’t fault the customer service

The room is quite large for 3 people. The location is just nice. Near convenience stores, and halal foods, it is a walking distance if you want to get to 4 islands.

I asked for an extra bed, but every room got the "bed". The only difference is they wrap the "bed" with a quilt and you will get extra towels and pillows. It felt like a scam, but ya it was just fine. If you are okay without extra towels and pillows, I think it would be just fine and you may not need to request for extra bed.

Basic 3 star hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent Location. Quiet a/c. Easy access to market, cafes and river, walking distance to local amenities. Value for money.

Effects of covid can be felt / minimal staff/ cafe now closed downstairs. Room Clean. Although general wear and linen stains compared to shiny photographs No lift, four flights of stairs - (however we were informed and it suited us) Balconies are unusable, filthy from pigeon guano.

I stayed there for a short time. The room had lots of windows. The views from the windows were great. The behavior of the staff was excellent. They always had a smile. Location is quite good as well.

Other than 2 beds there was a sitter. That was very dirty. Except for that other places were clean. There were no elevator but the staff were very helpful and helped me carry my luggage.

We arrived late from our flight during after office hours but the wonderful receptionist lady stayed up to let us in. The room and facilities were fantastic and it was the best thing we could’ve asked for after a long flight. Great value for money and very friendly staff. The late check out is a nice touch as well.

Very large room with Netflix and Amazon prime frig and cloths cabinet and can make coffee or tea in ur room check-in was fast and smooth. Friendly staff and close to food market and river walk and other restaurants

Coffee shop down stairs opens to late 9:30am . Some staff not good with English

We are family with 5 kids. We booked 3 rooms. One family room and the small bed for kids with their own pillow , and comfoter were provided. The room is spacious. Suitable for family. The location is great, near Halal restaurant and market. Easy to find food. About 30 min from Ao Nang beach. The food near this hotel is cheaper than Ao Nang street food.

Its was just great. In a really vibrant location with food, bars, Starbucks and massage shops on the doorstep. Spotless room, excellent ensuite bathroom, AC., Comfortable bed. New modern elevator. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Wonderful music venue close by called West Side Saloon, 21.00 to 0100. 10 minutes walk.

AC was noisy but highly efficient. You need to use it for a short time before bed.
