The location is close to the river promenade as well as in walking distance of Krabi town markets. We were allowed to check in at 8pm (which is past the check-in time) and the receptionist lady was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

You don't get a remote control for the AC so you stick with whatever is set-up. I can't say how many times I almost broke my big toe after stumbling over that tiny hard to see step in the bathroom. A tape of different color would be helpful. Also the front gate is locked early in the evening and doesn't get opened until later morning, which is understandable, but the padlock is kinda hard to manipulate with from the outer side.

Location is excellent, close to everything - 7 Eleven, all night markets, fruit and veg market, shopping mall (which has a small food court), and eateries and bars. Transport to nearby sights passes the end of the road, and there are tour shops everywhere. Staff are always happy, smiley and helpful. There is a money exchange on site. The room is very large with a seat and comfortable bed, and the bathroom is only shared with one other room and is very clean and well kept. Booked two nights and stayed four. Would definitely stay again.

WiFi is a little iffy now and again, and the room is quite hot. But we did choose a fan only and last time we were here in December it was fine.

The room was great, spacious and clean and I've watched a stunning sunrise from the room. - Shower temperature & pressure was great - The location was absolutely perfect, short walk to the nightmarket and Krabi statue/ boardwalk, bars and restaurants. - Reception was very friendly.

I didn't realise the room I booked was on the top floor, no lift (I believe it was four floors up, good to keep in mind if you carry heavy luggage) - No drinking water. Usually when I book a room, regardless of budget, there is at least some (tiny) bottle of drinking water, so was a bit disappointed and parched to have to immediately go back down and out to buy some water.

It’s located in centre. Everything is just walkable from here. Night market, amazing lake with Mangrove forest, 7 eleven, ATMs etc. There were few coffee shop and bars near by. The locality is calm and quiet. About the room facilities it was pretty decent for the price. Only missing thing was coffee powder, they had electric kettle but no coffee powder😛 The rooms were so clean and staffs were kind and friendly. They have a lobby and there’s a washroom, so you can freely be there after your check out in case of late bus or flight.

Good location, close to island ferries and night market. The staff smiled a lot and helped me book a bus ticket.

For the price I expected more... a table and chair, a lamp rather than just the very bright ceiling light... I even had a fridge and aircon for the same price in other places. The bed was comfortable but the mattress didn't fit the bed frame. But... this is Krabi, tourist town and overpriced.

Just the wifi has disconnected every 30min of use, it is the law of the Hotel, i saw one message at back of the room door. and in room 1 didn’t work, i had to work this days and i used a SimCard 5g, it's the best option for work at internet here, better than public wifi, no problems with accommodation, all perfect!

We had the budget double room and it was excellent value for the price we paid. It didn’t come with AC but the fan was sufficient enough. Staff were nice and let us store our bags and hangout in the lobby area for a few hours between transfers. Everything was spacious and clean and the location was great right next to the pier (getting to railay) and the street food market.

Would have preferred a slightly bigger/softer blanket. They felt more like towels.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The property was clean and great value for money.

We opted for a fan with a room and it was so hot we didn’t get much sleep, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. I would advise you have aircon in Krabi - it’s worth the extra money.

very friendly staff and super helpful! they have a tourist information right next door and both women were very nice and made my stay as solo Traveller very easy!! the apartments are small but super quiet and have a nice view on the lake - it’s very good located and I had no problems finding a 7eleven, super nice cafes with good coffee and cheap restaurants to eat! would stay there again :)

Excellent location for the jetti only a short walk away. Money exchange. Very good restaurants close by. Travels information kiosks too for trips or onward travel. The rooms are a good size. Tea and coffee facilities on the verandah on the first floor. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money.

The only complaint was the very firm pillow.
