I cannot fault this property. The service we received was impeccable, from the pick up offered when we arrived to the complimentary breakfast, every detail was thought out. We were added to a group chat to ensure that we had access to all surrounding events - although unfortunately we ran out of time to make use of these, it was a brilliant idea! The bungalow itself was beautiful, the surroundings were tranquil and I loved lazing in the hammock on a morning. The little quotes around the room also added to the experience! Just a stones throw away from the centre of Pai, yet far enough away to feel like you were in a completely different world. I absolutely loved this place & would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pai. My only downfall is we had to leave so soon :(

The place was perfect for relaxing and swimming in the lake. I loved my terrace with the hammock. The night market is 10 mins walk and there are small restaurants nearby and coffee shops. The staff was very friendly and sent messages every morning about the events in Pai.

The breakfast was great however they could have other food variations outside of omlett. Other option was fruit bowl with yoghurt which I cannot eat. Also the taste of the coffee was bad. I missed the wardrobe from my room because I couldn't pack anything outside. The wifi is not stable and the signal is weak.

The huts and grounds really made you feel like you were in paradise, the staff could literally not do enough to help you they were incredible from start to finish and really made our stay

For us the walking route into town was slightly tricky, especially after sunset, if you have accessibility issues it may not be a viable option, however the gentleman with the scooter sidecar is one of the happiest most helpful people I have ever met, so if you’re willing to tip and happy to climb in and out of the sidecar this is a good way to over come it. Very relaxing retreat highly recommend

The resort is beautiful and relaxing with amazing guests and staff, and the location is perfect, just a minute drive to the center. Have to give a massive shout-out to Kay who works there, she is so welcoming and friendly and absolutely made my stay at Pairadise amazing 😍 Pairadise has really paid attention to the small details such as yoga mats, boxes for organizing, fairy lights and electric candles in the rooms and even the shampoo and conditioner is great!

Amazing pre arrival contact Lovely welcome from Kay who informed us we had been upgraded and gave us a PDF guide to all the local bars, restaurants and things to do, so useful. Our room was beautiful the whole location and setting is idyllic. Everything we could possibly need in our room, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, fridge, kettle water… Beautiful serene carpet pool and natural swimming pool and so much peace. Breakfast was excellent. Just the most perfect place, an easy 10 minute walk into Pai. Can’t recommend enough!!

I stayed in the family bungalow number 10 for 11 days and the balcony was beautiful to spend time on. This was the bungalow at the very back and I liked it because there was no foot traffic in front of my balcony. Complementary pick up and drop off from and to bus station.

I didn’t go in the pool, it looked kind of brown and the stairs into the pool had stuff growing on them, algae? It would have been nice to have a fan on the balcony for Dawn and dusk mosquitoes.

We loved our superior bungalow with AC, a porch with a hammock and chairs to sit out and enjoy the lovely pond with water lilies. The location was perfect, out of town but still close enough to walk into town in just 15 minutes. There is a nice dirt road past fields with cows and a bamboo bridge to take into town so you don’t have to fight the traffic on the main road. The hotel employees, especially Kay, were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The beauty of the surroundings, the calmyness, the wonderful and absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Very quit location but within walking distence to walking street. The swimming area. Will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend

The bed was too hard for me. I have back problems so Thai beds are almost always too hard for me. I've mentioned it to reception and they where very helpfull and gave me extra blankets.

The area is very peaceful and beautiful and the rooms are spacious and the staff are lovely and helpful. They also helped us move our bags to our next hotel with no fee and offered one free breakfast.

On booking.com it said the rooms came with a bathtub which they didn't. We were also in the very back bungalow where there was a large body of water directly behind so there were a lot of mosquitos but if we kept the bathroom and front door shut at all times that solved the problem.

I loved the room, the hammock on the balcony, the staff were so helpful with sorting us taxis and the group chat with things to do in it was a lovely touch. I also really appreciated the brochure sent over with things to do in Pai and did a fantastic yoga session based off of it.

We had to preorder breakfast the night before which is fine, but both times they got our order wrong or left us waiting for certain bits of our meal, which kind of defeated the purpose of a preorder.
