We were so in love with this place. we would have stayed way longer , if we didn’t already booked a ticket to chiang mai. For us this was the best accommodation, we have stayed in so far for a really cheap price. Accommodation: Very clean and nicely equipped. The bungalow has a fan, an AC, shower gel and shampoo, towels, refrigerator. The patio has a table and two chairs as well as a hammock. laying in the hammock is highly recommended !!! also the accomdation is only 8 min from the centre/ central bus station away.So perfect for Backpackers. The owners ( a woman and her daughter) are very helpful and such lovely people.

100% the best place we have stayed in our two years of travelling!! Cannot recommend this place enough, if you are coming to pai you need to book here. The accommodation is so clean and modern, gorgeous little bungalows with a comfy bed, Netflix on the tv, great aircon, really nice bathroom with a great shower. The balcony area was so nice and had a cute little hammock to relax in, everything was perfect, we stayed 7 nights I loved it so much. But the main thing that makes this place is the owner Tommy, she is the most kind and wonderful woman. Always made us feel at home, asking how we were, if we needed anything. Even got me some tablets when I had a bad stomach. Massive thank you for everything and will definitely return even if it’s just to meet back up with her ❤️❤️ me and Kieron are so grateful for everything also has a washing machine on site and can hire scooters. The breakfast was delicious And the cleaners do a great job as the place was spotless. Could go on and on about how amazing this place is so just book here, you will not be disappointed

Absolutely nothing!! The place is perfect

The location is so pastoral and beautiful, it’s also quite secluded and quiet, which was perfect for us. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre (depends where you’re going), and we really enjoyed the tranquil and nature surroundings. The staff is also super friendly and very helpful, and the room is beautiful and clean (I couldn’t find anything like this in the centre) - it was unique and special and exactly what we wanted. It’s also easily accessible by car and has good parking spots (so you don’t have to drive through or into the centre.)

The only down side is that you can’t flush toilet paper at all, but it’s not a big deal and didn’t bother us much.

- The bed is positioned so that there is a very narrow aisle to the left of it, which is uncomfortable. - We were here from Friday to Saturday. Half a kilometer away there was some kind of town festival going on with loud music and singing. It was disturbing after the long drive, but it stopped after midnight.

I can only say good things about this place and the staff working here. The pictures don't even do justice, it's even nicer in person. Our bungalow, the king bungalow, was perfect, spacious, extremely clean, modern, well equipped with a huge terrace overlooking the garden. The whole place and actually the whole street is very quiet and peaceful. We had literally 0 noise problems throughout the 5 days we stayed here. Yet within 5 mins walk you can be in the centre of Pai where all the action happens. And the owner is super nice, always helpful and cheerful, a very sweet person, just like her two lovely cats. If you're looking for a place to chill and relax, this is perfect for that. I would return to Pai just to stay here again!

Location was very nice. Very close to walk to town on foot, if you come by bike or car it’s a bit more of a detour than if it were on the other side of the river, but really not an issue. Hosts were very nice and friendly. Room was clean, all amenities were good, comfortable to stay in, and delicious breakfast. The cats were adorable!!!

The cat didn’t want to sleep in our room :)) But on a more serious note, I would recommend just changing the cleaning products. They are some very potent toxic smelling ones. And although I appreciate that the room and bathroom was so clean, the smell of the products persisted until the morning we checked out. Otherwise, really amazing little place to stay at.

We loved the location just across the river, but a short walk into town. The huts are very cute and although small inside, with the adjoining outside space with hammock and chairs, it is enough space to relax in the peaceful environment. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. We rented motorbikes through the staff. There are quite a few breakfast options and they provide very generous portion sizes. Water and coffee available throughout the day through self-serve.

Our only issue was that the bathroom smelt a bit on arrival and throughout our stay.

Pai Nam Now was a wonderful place to stay. Our bungalow was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and I liked everything I ate. Thom- the owner- was very friendly, and helped us with transportation back to Chiang Mai after a mixup with our luggage and scooter rental. Thank you so much to Thom and her family! I loved my time in Pai, and hope to visit again someday.

Tom and her daughter Ice cream were so helpful during my stay at Pai Nam Now. The bungalow has all you need(air conditional, hot water, fridge, hair dryer etc) and nice hammock. You can hear all grass creatures and birds singing from the hammock. There were some ants coming out after rain, but Tom and Ice cream quickly changed the sheet to new one. It remained me as fun event 😊 I also rented a motor bike from here, and the quality of bike you can get is beyond the other bikes from the rental shop in the street. You can get the fancy remote control model 😂 Once I forgot to turn off the bike properly, and Tom immediately called the mechanics and helped me to change the battery. Basically I loved all wonderful experience from my stay at Pai Nam Now and will remember this for quite a long time.

Everything! The hut we had was one of the original ones but still perfect. We loved Thom who was friendly and always so helpful. Breakfast was made to order, fresh and delicious. There was a slight issue with our shower (didn’t bother us at all) and they fixed it by installing and entirely new unit. Great shower pressure. Whole place was clean. Mosquito screen on the doors. Netflix in the room should you wish to use it. Walking street a 5 minute walk the back way. You can hire mopeds from there too. Overall, great facilities and customer service. We will come back and already miss Thom and our hut. Thank you team for making this one of our favourites stays in Thailand.

Nothing, it was perfect. I suggest that if you want a modern room, pay more for the newly built units.
