Free transfer from the bus station, Jao was very responsive by call and WhatsApp whenever we needed! Location is amazing, walkable to the main centre but also nice and quiet and relaxing just that right amount further out. Laundry service is good value and dropped back to our room when done! Jao even went into town to find someone who could fix our packing cube! Free tea, coffee and toast available with butter and jams in the morning. Free games to play (we played UNO most days) Lovely random chill areas scattered around. Pool area is lovely and quiet, quite often had it to outselves. The patio on the room is stunning and you can see the sunset and the stars from there :) Scooter available to hire which was really quick and easy no deposit required Transfer back to the bus station in the morning was easy to arrange and perfectly on time.

Location was good for us- we like the peace and quiet and we were not far from the waterfall trail which was perfect. If you like the hustle and bustle this might be a big far out as it was a 15 min walk into town although on a very well lit road. The rooms themselves were very basic but clean and ok for the price point! There was a lovely chill out area with hammock, as well as the pool which was a nice touch! The owner was super helpful, we rented a moped from her for really cheap and had no problems. They offer a free pick up and drop off at the bus station which is really handy.

We had no air con in the room which was fine as the weather wasn’t great (it did have a fan) but I don’t know what it would be like in the heat without it.

Communication was very strong with this accommodation. It was easy to communicate before and during my stay. On arrival I received a friendly welcome from Jao. While I was there she was proactive in checking I was having a good stay. All members of staff I interacted with were friendly. My room was like the pictures. The bed and pillow were comfortable. All of the bed linens and towels smelled nice and fresh. There was soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The fridge and fan worked fine. Communal areas were well-organised. Wifi was surprisingly good considering the separate bungalows. Breakfast was serve-yourself toast and bananas. I liked having a beer and a snack on the roof terrace, and walking around the countryside lanes nearby. The place is very peaceful and tranquil, yet easily walkable to the town. There is also a lift available to or from the bus station if you request it. Thank you all for your hard work in maintaining this nice place to stay. I enjoyed my visit to Pai and will have happy memories of this accommodation too.

The bathroom was cleaned well on the surface but because it is dated it can look a bit grimy. It especially could do with a bit more ventilation. Some of the edges of the mosquito netting at the door is a little sharp, so maybe some tape over it could help. It would be good to keep the chairs on each roof terrace clean for guests.

Great location (only 10min walk to the center) with beautiful views over the rice fields, nice little rooftop on every hut/house to enjoy the sunset. Nice clean pool. Good price and atmosphere with the clay houses surrounding the pool. Free pickup from the bus station was great.

We stayed in both a superior and a standard room and the standard room was quite small and felt outdated (old fridge, dusty, not much room for our bags). The lady who arranged our check in was really helpful (I think she was the owner) but she was not around for the 2 days after and the girl who replaced her was bored and clearly less experienced in hospitality (not very kind or helpful). Breakfast was only some slices of bread, jam and bananas.

The location. The cows around the hut. Very nice and simple. Free breakfast (some bread, jam and bananas).

The bathroom is maybe a little small, and of course when you shower the toilet gets wet. Its a bit a part of the charming simplicity. The electricity points were all bad. Practically all chargers from our phones felt out. This is the only important point we would like to mention to improve. We had a very nice stay, and would definitely come back :)

It was a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was fun and clean. The hospitality was amazing and the staff were magnificent. Even the laundry was good 😊 The resort was a bit far from town so we rented their bicycles and it was a fun way to transport ourselves. Motorbikes would've done the same impact but we don't ride them. We couldn't ask for a better resort. Probably the best one we had in thailand.

During sundown there is a lot of mosquitoes. Repellant is required (and available at the resort for free). Furthermore, we came with our own mosquito net for the bed.

My fave place to stay so far! Not only are the staff so kind but they live on site and have a family feel to the place. They also offer a free shuttle into town which is so sweet of them and free games, drinks and fruit! They have the CUTEST cat on site that sleeps in the office area and wants a cuddle whenever which I loved. The rooms are so clean and spacious and the pool area is breathtaking with the view. Sun loungers provided and a STUNNING view of the ponds around the huts. No noise made and plenty of rest and comfort. They gave us a free upgrade and was so attentive to our stay. I managed to use the mats they had there to do some yoga which was beautiful. Nice walking distance from the shops and they have a moi Thai centre down the road and gym. The people that stay there were also lovely and we managed to slow dance on the roof at night under the stars! Very beautiful! The toilets are clean and toiletries are provided too.

Jao is really accommodating and helped us with all our needs. She even recommended places for us to go.

Great value for money! A very comfortable stay with ample space and good facilities. We also felt very safe and the drop-off service to our next location in Pai was a nice touch.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication regarding pick-up from the bus station (though luckily the walk wasn't that far - about 18 minutes with our backpacks on). Check-in was a little confusing as we had read online that it was self check-in and found our key waiting for us at reception which we took, then to find that they were expecting us for an in-person check-in. All worked out okay in the end though!

Everything! It was a serene haven, surrounded by countryside, but still only 15 minutes walk into the centre. And plenty of cafes nearby (Thai Zen Organic Farm is my favourite). The backstreets are gorgeous and quiet for a walk or run early morning. The pool is so refreshing in the hot weather and the little terrace on the top of every bungalow has a lovely view especially morning and evenings. There are other little spots to sit around the site; and the staff are friendly. I can’t recommend staying here enough!!

If you can afford the bigger bungalow, do it. It was so comfortable and finished to a high standard. When I extended my stay I moved to a smaller one, which wasn’t furnished as nicely and the bathroom was a slightly awkward shape. (And I stubbed my toe twice on the concrete bed base, so be careful!) But, the small one is definitely still worth it and a good price.
