1- The location is close to everything either malls or Patong beach & even the restaurants. 2- The staff is so kind & friendly.

1- The internet connection was so bad. 2- Noise of the people in the hall. 3- The pillow was not comfortable. 4- Opening the balcony after finishing cleaning which let’s the mosquitos come in & bites our body the whole time. 5- Switching the Air-condition off at late night or reduced the cooling of it so the room is so hot.

very near for most active life in Patong. Hotel is nice and good value of it. There is a girl in the reception who supported me to check out late due my wife’s medical case.

Night shift reception staff was not supporting when I asked for little delay in check out. I understand the room is booked for other guest after me, however he didn’t bother himself to find me a solution unlike the girl in the morning staff which permit me to stay in the second room as exceptional. Appreciate having a good staff like her who changed my mind about hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Great shower pressure. They have a great pool and a poolside bar. But the real draw is their location! Completely accessible to the nearby nightlife, supermarket, night market and eateries within MINUTES!

My biggest gripe with this hotel has always been their WiFi service. It is terrible, to say the least. Very slow and horribly bad intermittent connections. Sometimes you are 'connected' but, not really. So if you are working remotely and require a decent WiFi service, I highly recommend purchasing a local SIM for tethering or renting a hotspot device from your Home country.

The room was excellent. Big and comfortable. The jacuzzi in the washroom was working just fine. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff who was doing the egg station (tall gentleman) deserves a special mention for always smiling and being accomodative to all the requests from guest. Location was also perfect, nearby to all the activities in Patong.

I was staying in the suite and couldn't find a user guide on how to use the jacuzzi. The staff at the front desk could be a little more friendly with the guests in my opinion.

the pool was closed, the staff at the breakfast place looked moody and don’t smile. It is good if there is offer in the hotel rates.

The swimming pool on the 7th floor is really good to escape the heat of the city, the bar its staff are very competent, if you like fresh cocktails ask for a smoothy with a dash of local rum.(not on the menu) The hotel is very well placed, in walking distance to the walking road and the beach. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is abundant with a good rotation of thai specialties.

The tv has only few channels, but it has the usb and hdmi cable, so you can cast very easily. Some international sockets of the room are not working (with my plug).

Location - mid of shopping centre, beach, pubs and restaurants. Maybe becos we upgrade to 7th floor. Can’t really hear the sound of the music from the nearby pubs. Room soundproofing is quite ok. Friendly and helpful staff who provided options to our stay and extension on the last day. Working heater and cold air conditioning. Room is clean. Bathroom door can’t close but can lock from the inside when using. Simple breakfast to start the day. Wifi is good to watch Netflix.

We stayed in a suite which was as expected. Spacious and boutique luxury on the top floor with jacuzzi on the balcony. The location is perfect if you are looking to party in Patong as the hotel is within a few minutes walk from the main strip. The area is very noisy and bustling until the early hours of the morning and although the glazing does a fantastic job at keeping the noise out, not a location if you are looking for a tranquil rest! The facilities were basic with a small rooftop pool, enough to cool down after a long, hot day and although we didn't use the restaurant, reviews do seem to be good although the opening of this seems to be a little inconsistent.

There wasn't enough we disliked to put anything down here. We checked the location and reviews before we stayed and the hotel gave us exactly what we expected. We had an issue with the lighting in our room which was fixed within an hour of reporting but apart from this, a pleasant stay.

High floor, great view, comfortable bed, big bath tub with jets, nice cool aircon, close to jungcylon shopping centre, nice walk to thr beach, great rooftop pool,

Breakfast was average, no bacon, smell of weed coming down the hall into my room wasn't pleasant, room reservations next to my room wasn't pleasant, glue smells very strong not healthy, continuously banging I couldn't completely relax.
