A good place for family, the area is wide and comfortable. I would like to thank the hotel manager and the stuff for their kindness and quick response when my baby fall down and needed a hospital visit in a hurry. Thank you 💕

Location was absolutely fantastic. Short walk to the big road (2nd road) to catch a baht bus, yet a very quiet place to stay. Less than five minutes walk to Soi 6 :) Great bed. Pool was nice and clean and not crowded. Staff took great care of friend's lady guests to our apartment.

The shower head was faulty. Kept switching between hot and cold. I did, however, not make the staff aware of this. Apartment-room looked a bit dated and used with scuff marks on trims and walls. Restaurant was not great. Could not handle á la carte menu as advertised. One dish had a piece of plastic bag in it.

Ample parking, big room, kitchen facilities excellent, extra large bed.

Breakfast room too cold with air con (wear an extra T shirt 😂). Limited balcony space due to air-con unit and washing machine. Cleaning lady left the door ajar one day but fortunately nothing taken from room.

Large rooms , includes your own kitchens and laundry machine , totally affordable I had paid for this hygiene luxury €70 for 2 nights. I had the room with the view on the swimming pool what really does look fantastic . De location is perfect you can walk through the well known Soi 6 of Pattaya to the beach in Max 15 min. It's really worth to check it out , please make sure you book on time cuz the Hotel is Booming ! It was a pleasure to be there !

The staff was amazing and the room was cleaned every single day if needed. The location of the hotel is just a couple blocks away from the Beach and I definitely enjoyed the food that was served at the restaurant. They had laundry service if needed and also taxi service to BKK airport if you didn't want to take a regular taxi.

What could've been better is the "queen" size bed which was only two single beds pushed together. But, that's just me being tedious.

Altera Hotel and Residence is a secure and gated accommodation located in Central Pattaya. The rooms are large and the furnishing are new. The rooms have a kitchenette, microwave, big size fridge, induction stove, and dining table. The Simmons mattress was very comfortable. The shower did not have enough pressure. The hotel has a large outdoor pool, restaurant, pool bar with pool table, fitness, and sauna. Altera is a good choice and only a short walk from Pattaya’s best hot spots. Although I would recommend this hotel for its value and location, I would not stay here again. I would book the Hilton on Beach Road.

Perfect location without the noise of the city being inside your room. The room was a good size and was central to the centre of everything and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Front reception staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Guests wearing inappropriate clothing to breakfast. Staff should be more engaging with guests in the dining room rather than giving you feeling of being monitored by jail staff.

the complex looks very modern and clean, the swimming pool is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Enough parking for car and motorcycle

The bedsheet is not changed every day, but if you ask friendly the cleaningwomen and give them a small tip there is great it works ; )

Close to the night life, only a short trip in the hotel shuttle to get to the heart of the action. Good breakfast, pool is nice, with bar right there at the poolside. Have to play a littles charades with the staff, as Engrish is a little weak, but all very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was fine, probably the most frustrating is trying to get your point across to the staff. They want to help, but their English is a little rusty so they feel self conscious about talking with you, especially the housekeeping, they will go get someone to help translate if needed, so they really go out of their way to make your stay nice, of course they want you to come back right??
