A small freindly, (excellent helpful staff), quiet hotel with relaxing freestyle pool with waterfall, and a gym. (Sadly, since covid there are no food facilities.) I was there for 3 months and saw some minor repairs and maintenence undertaken, which is good, as so many hotels fall into disrepair and begin to look shabby. This hotel is not one of those. The rooms are large in comparison to many other hotels, (as are the balconys), even hotels with a far higher price ticket. Is it perfect, no, but you would be hard pushed to find a hotel with these standards for a comparable rate.

One let down was the room service cleaning. I spent a lot of time on my balcony. I often ate there, drank copius amounts of coffee, and often had friends join me. The majority of the time the cleaners forgot to clean the balcony. Even if the bin and cups/glasses were cleaned the table and floor were not.

The room was lovely and sapcious with a nice balcony and a nice shower room. The location was not in the middle of the busy part of the city, so it was quiet and not vert busy around the hotel, and it was a short walk from the beach and other popular areas.

It would have been nice if the hotel had a bar or restaurant, you had to walk to another hotel for breakfast which is never ideal. Also the pool was very small and could have been more appealing. Also the hotel could do with another lift as there is only one.

Clean, friendly staff, good location, fair price, amazing bathroom, comfy bed, nice balcony, pretty calm, just overall a pleasant and comfortable stay in what felt a somewhat luxurious hotel

The fridge in the room made loud cracking noises every so often so I had to pull the plug. Guests have to give their ID in reception. This is enforced 100% which can be slightly awkward. On the flipside they call you when your guest arrives and when they leave to make sure all is in order so it is done for a good reason.

Lovely hotel, was very impressed with it for the price paid. Pretty centrally located, within walking distance to really good food markets and large shopping centres. Pool looks lovely but didn't get a chance to use it. Room was really large, best shower I've had in Thailand so far and comfortable, large bed. Have to really thank the staff as I left my camera charger behind and they posted it to Bangkok to me. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

I just mention to staff to check the kind bed for the bugs. I thing good practice is to sanatize the beds all the time with the heat to kill them. I had some bite on my leg.But was not shore if it was from bed. Maybe

The staff was amazing helpful and friendly, the location was great central to everything and room was clean and nice size,house keepers also great, no rush to get out room will clean it at your convenience, restaurant next door with great food and really cheap also 7 eleven shop 24 hrs open and bars within 5 min walking distance, definitely stay again

This is one of the best value gems in all of Thailand. Smart and well-decorated rooms with all amenities for an incredible rate. Room quality exceeds many 4-star hotels which charge triple the price.

Not much of a view. Lacks breakfast facilities. Doesn't provide shuttle service to main streets.

The sole elevator means long waits to get to your room. Carpets in hallways and stairs need replacing
