Staff were nice, hotel clean, food was excellent,

I booked a larger room (51m2) but the room didn't feel any bigger than a 32m2 room due to having a large veranda and a corridor leading too it. My bathroom had a bath, given the size of the bath it could have been a jacuzzi but went unused. The elevator was always very hot inside. Some of the room had windows that open onto the corridor outside the rooms, it was sometimes there was a lot of noise coming from the other rooms

Location : close to soi 6, Pattaya Klang, many restuarants, laundry, massage shops close by. Breakfast : Used to be better years ago but still worth it at 179 baht/person. Awesome Omelette station. Sauna, pool & gym are also well maintained.

Elevator is so loud, you can hear it all day & night.. Housekeeping was very erratic, always forgetting to change or add things. That was the most dissapointing for me. The walls are so so thin, you can hear everything..I mean everything in the rooms next door.

Fabulous location. Great facilities and friendly helpful staff. Overall fabulous property at a very good price. I'd noticed a couple of negative comments people had left previously, but feel these are totally misguided. One was that the property was rather dated? All I can say is they obviously hadn't stayed at other apartments in the area! We've stayed at a few in recent years, and I certainly wouldn't say that KTK is dated, especially as these apartments have a very frequent turnover, and it must be very difficult to update rooms on a regular basis. I feel they were pretty decent and definitely great for the price payed.

My only slight criticism would be the rather small amount of surfaces in the kitchen area. There isn't much in the way of cooking facilities, so not ideal if you're wanting to prepare much hot food, although there is a microwave, kettle and good sized fridge. We stayed in one of the studios, so don't know if the larger apartments have bigger kitchen areas?

Nothing not to like

I have been staying at this hotel for over 13 years (2 x per year). I love the layouts of the hotel. I'm so used to this hotel and well known to the staff hence keep returning.

Some areas of hotel dated e.g. same equipment in GYM over 13 years, many broken but still onsite. The sauna usage is limited now, whereas before, you could use it for a longer period. The bedroom taps need replacing some broken taps. Bedroom mattress extremely soft need replacing. The air conditioning unit filters need regular cleaning, which I doubt is maintained.

I have stayed at the KTK many times , it is a nice quiet area but just a shot walk to the beach , close to shopping, and many great restaurants I would always recommend this hotel, two wonderful pools both very clean , a great gym as well

Ktk location . Is just great . Hotel is lovely has everything. You require stayed there now 3 times . Good hotel and staff are great rooms are very large Me and my girlfriend had a great time there

There is nothing bad to say . I did notice that the cost of stay is increasing as I have stayed there on three separate occasions now . Would be an advantage if the hotel had a loyalty program. I have basically been using the hotel at least 2 times per year now regularly

Everything is always fine here. Good rooms staff polite and friendly. Be aware they have renamed rooms to executive and suite make sure u know before you book what your booking. My executive was renamed and they tried to give me a smaller room. Thankfully I had stayed before many times and knew what I had payed for. But they did in fairness sort it out for 4000 baht. :-(

Pool sun loungers is only thing that let's this hotel down. Not enough space. O ly 6 loungers ever. That and room change name upgrades causes confusion.

Attentive & friendly Staff, Large & relatively modern rooms; great A/C; Great Shower; Excellent TV/Movie selection; On-Site Cafe with barista-level coffee choices; Great Sleep-Quiet area at night but close enough to nightlife (10-minutes walk) but plenty of motorbike taxi and other travel services available.

Wifi could be updated; better area if you have or rent a motorbike.

great location - away from the real hustle and bustle of Soi Buakhao and other Soi’s. a nice gentle 5 minute stroll to the main busy night club and bar areas when needed and then was nice to retreat back to PattayaKlang away from it all.

lovely spacious, clean rooms with excellent staff, good food and an amazingly comfortable bed.
