Nice place clean spacious rooms good facilities good food helpful staff , iv stayed a few times now , I like it

Only 1 thing possibly not good is continually asking for bill to be settled before end of stay , I do understand to a point but with me iv stayed 6 or more times for weeks at a time , possibly a bit of trust and respect in that manner should be taken into consideration maybe? ....

Room was very spacious and beds were comfortable, my room even had a free electric massage chair which was great after walking around. Breakfast was great 8/10. For the money you cannot go wrong. This hotel is clean, spacious, comfortable and only 5min. by car to walking street and the beach.

A person had to go outside if they wanted any style of egg for breakfast as there is a gentleman who cooks the egg for you outside on the hotel side porch, but it is not signed and if you don't know, you would think that they did not have eggs on the menu for breakfast.

Arrived at property early on first day. Check-in wasn't until 2pm, but the reception staff couldn't be more accommodating, and managed to get us into our room around 9.30am. The room was spacious and comfortable. The maid soon learnt our routine, and timed the cleaning of our room daily whilst we were at breakfast, which was very helpful. Leisure facilities were very good. Inside and outside pools, carpet golf putting green, well stocked gym, and even a sauna!!

An lovely welcome 🙏 there's a lift to my room on the fourth floor the room was spacious with a great aircon a big fridge freezer wide screen t.v a microwave a safe (free to use) power shower (walkin) the room was cleaned each morning with and 2 bottles of water free. There is a restaurant but I choose to eat out. There are plenty of taxis motorbike 🏍 around and a taxis back to the airport is around 1.0200 baht the beach is a 20 minute walk sol 6 is less central shopping center 20 minutes walk and the best breakfast is I think is at the T.I.S restaurant near tree town.and the cleaning staff were lovely 😍 👌.

My bed mattress was a little bit hard for me. The drainage systems isn't great around the hotel area 😕

The area around the hotel is very good, you have a very good coffee shop right at the entrance, 7/11 round the corners, soi 6 or soi honey in walking distance, the staff was nice.

The room was very noisy, even having the high class suite, it had a connection door to the next room and through that you could hear everything including each word what was said and this couple talked till 6 AM. Also on the floor a lot of noise during the night and morning and the door to the balcony is noisy when it is windy. Also the bed doesn't fit to the original room design so that most of the light switches were behind the bed and you needed to leave the bed to use them.

Firstly staff were good reception very helpful, the bar staff did what was asked and also very helpful. The cleaners on all floors were nice and kind even when i did not want room to clean and change when requiring water the lady would always give me a bottle.

The major problem was location even though they supplied a vehicle to Pattaya Klang at 9am if you miss then you have to get taxi to destination. It was quite a walk to main areas to catch a baht bus for the budgeting tourist if not wanting to walk places especially in the heat.

The hotel is new, breakfast is rich and varied, rooms are huge and clean, and the staff is very helpful. great hotel

This hotel is marvellous

The location was perfect, about 10 min walk to soi 6 and the best exchange booth was 2 min down the road from that. From the hotel there is a free shuttle I really enjoyed and utilized and if I didn’t I used the bhat bus to get around.

The gym and Hotel lobby were NOT air conditioned which was kind of unpleasant. I don’t like really cold air conditioning but everyday was very humid and it wasn’t enjoyable having breakfast in the humidity. Forget using the gym, 5 min in I was a sweaty mess, so that lasted 2 days of my trip then scrapped that.

Staff were nice, hotel clean, food was excellent,

I booked a larger room (51m2) but the room didn't feel any bigger than a 32m2 room due to having a large veranda and a corridor leading too it. My bathroom had a bath, given the size of the bath it could have been a jacuzzi but went unused. The elevator was always very hot inside. Some of the room had windows that open onto the corridor outside the rooms, it was sometimes there was a lot of noise coming from the other rooms

"RAY" (Cowbytours) booked a group of 5 into KTK Hotel for 2 nights. ALL were blown away by how amazing this hotel was. For the price, i have never had better and in fact, personally, i don't think i have EVER stayed in such a fancy hotel in my life. The rooms are so modern and so big... huge in fact :) Everything was so clean and smart. Reception and all staff were extremely professional. There was an indoor pool, an outdoor pool... and even a GOLF PUTTING GREEN under the building- we noticed this from the outside pool, just a few yards away!!! :)))) I'm guessing the price is so good because it's a small walk away from the main areas but with baht buses, grab taxis etc, it's not an issue at all. When i next return to Pattaya, i'd 100% stay here again and the other 4 friends would too :)

My only downside was i had a room at the rear of the building, so the view, even though it wasn't bad, is always best on the front of a hotel or a sea view.
