The pool area on top of the roof is very good....plenty of sun loungers. Very clean rooms and hotel. All staff were excellent and helpful all the time. Nice to have a balcony, I've stayed in more expensive hotels with no balcony. The gym is small but enough there to give you a bit of exercise including a treadmill. As I say I've stay in hotels a lot more expensive but no gym. I would stay here again, in fact we are gong back in March and my wife said to book it again when we travel there in October.....and if the wife approves then it must be good. The free shuttle bus we used a few times but you can walk it to Central Road or second road within 10 mins....there is a Mini Big C cross the road from the hotel and 7/11's on the 10 minute walk to both Central Road and Second road. Free coffee in the lobby and if you want more the maids are more than happy to help.....I do not have any bad feedback as the price of this hotel is very reasonable. The tea bags are not very strong so if you like your tea....either bring a box from home or you can pop cross the road to the mini Big C and pick up a box of standard Yellow Label......the water tap and shower water I would say is lukewarm but at 30'c outside this wasn't an issue but if you like a really hot shower it might be a good idea to inquire about this..... Once again none of these minor things was a problem for us and we are staying there again twice this year coming up but if you're a bit of moaner and expect a 5 star hotel on a budget price then it's better you look somewhere else. If however you weight up what is important and the effort and standards that the Siam View give you......then you won't be disappointed with this hotel. I would just like to thank ALL THE STAFF here for a great stay and thank them for all their help and effort that they all put in

Great staff, great pool, great workout room (did not use it but saw it). Their shuttle tuk tuk goes to 5 locations about a 10 minute walk away. Their restaurant is cheap and good and has an espresso machine.

It was a bit of walk to even get to Soi Buakhoa. It is a somewhat noisy hotel in that it is next to a road where scooters go by and the hallways are made of tile (so anyone walking at off hours is a bit loud). The pool is nice but there is no shade so not that refreshing to sit next to the pool however there is a shaded area next to the pool.

it’s only 6-7 mins by motorbike to the main pubs,clubs scene,but if it was closer then 10/10 but that can’t be changed so wasn’t too much of a problem.

great location, big rooms with balcony, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well. nice clean pool at the rooftop. free shuttles to main places like central marina or central pattaya. have elevator so thats good for the knees. great cheap breakfast buffet at 220baht at the next door hotel KTK.

Nice big room with roof top pool. Situated in a nice back street not too close to noisy bars but within walking distance . Really clean amd plenty of hannd sanitzer around. Staff were friendly and helpful

The people constantly banging their hotel rooom doors at all hours of the night not sure what can be done but its highly rude and inconsiderate of other guests . The doors do close quietly

I liked the friendly staff, the rooftop pool. The hotel was quiet and clean yet close to the action. refrigerater and hot water pot, cable TV and WIFI for free. Nice bathrooms and large balcony. Shuttle service to Malls or the beach.

A good hotel, although it is not easy to find it (without gps, I could not). Large rooms, clean enough. I was staying there for the second time. For the first time, I was put in a room with windows overlooking a wasteland (on the back of the hotel), and mosquitoes constantly flew into the room, it was uncomfortable. This time I was put in a room overlooking the road, and there were no mosquitoes. Rooftop pool with (alas) too cool water, next to the pool is a small gym. Great food at the restaurant on the right side of the hotel building.

Staff are excellent, can't do enough for you and all very friendly and helpful. Pool is regularly cleaned and and plenty of sun loungers. Gym is very basic but enough to give you a little work out. There is a treadmill in the gym and it never really gets that busy that you don't get a turn....fresh drinking water which comes in handy even if you are not using the gym. Two of my mates was facing the front and one facing the back with myself. One of them said it was a bit noisy at night, I believe it's the motorbike taxi drivers who gather just outside cross the road, saying that, my other mate who was facing the front preferred the view at the front than the back and said he didn't hear a think all night. So I guess it just depends on the person and if they are light sleepers (or not). The rooms are kept spotless and I will be staying there again with my wife this coming October. We spent a month here at this hotel in January and my wife is pretty fussy but realistic too. For the price you pay, the Siam View is a good hotel. What might be a bit of a down side for some people is the location. It's a 10 minute walk to Pattaya Klang Road (AKA Pattaya Central Road). It is also a 10 minute walk int he other direction to Soi 6 Second road. If you don't want to walk the FREE hotel baht bus will drop you at any of these locations. They will also pick you up at these points if you ring the hotel and ask them to pick you up. The important thing for me when we are looking at a hotel....is cleanliness....the second is that the staff are helpful and polite .....the Siam View meets these requirements. Air con and wifi also play an important part and both of these are very good at the Siam View....even the TV channels are good although on of my mates was in a room and he didn't get many channels at all.....after reporting it......they moved him to another room the next day.....that goes a long way to me...

For the money I don't think I can find one thing that we did not like......if there was anything wrong......the Siam View put it right and it was not trouble at all for them......what more can you ask for.

The staff were very welcoming always and very helpful, nothing was too much for them! the cleaners were spot on and very good at their job and very polite too. I had the same maid / cleaner for the whole of my stay 30 days and I even got a hug from her at the end of my stay and she hoped I would be back staying soon! it always amazed me that whatever time I put the sign out on the door to clean, up to 2pm may I say of a day there was a knock knock open door and a smile and a hello when you travel alone that makes the day go a lot better and having fresh clean towels, fresh clean bedding and bottles of water put in the fridge too is such a nice touch! Room 408 was a pleasure and never a chore and I hope God willing one day soon I will get the chance to come back and relax again! Manners and respect always and thank you!!!

I wouldn't say there was such a thing I didn't like but if I may I would suggest to have net curtains in the rooms for many reasons but one being having the balcony sliding doors open to let air in and the mosquitos out if there is any.

The hotel is clean and safe. Being a solo female traveller it's my first priority to ensure the safety and hygiene factor and I never compromise on these two. I think I am quite satisfied with these two with Siam View. Also, it was a good value package. If breakfast were included, it would be better. However they have kitchen & restaurant facilities but I found them a bit pricey and there were no options for south asian breakfast meals. So I had to depend on 7 Eleven (life saviour) quite a lot. The neighborhood is also good and calm. Location is okay and since I used motorbikes (bolt) most of the time so for me it was a quick and easy solution. Room & washroom both were good. I stayed in 410 and it was a pretty good room with a balcony. So overall it was a pleasant experience. As an additional note, hotel reception people do not understand English that much so it's better to use Google translator. I also did the same.

Breakfast and kitchen facility. However, its manageable from nearby restaurants. Not a high deal.
