Great pool, big room, everything clean and fresh. For great food, turn right and you’ll find plenty, except 100 meters to the left is a great Thai restaurant with fresh food. Quality food.

Not much of a welcome upon arrival, no hello etc, just ‘passport’. After that the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and a good breakfast, which is also available in the last minutes of opening hours.

The young man at the receiption is very friendly, but not a good buisness man. You just have to know that you have to accommodate the customer. Since he was a bit stubborn several times, my wishes were then met a little later by other female employees. Does it have to be that way? The breakfast is good, you can't say anything to the contrary. But it could be a bit more varied. Unfortunately, there is almost nothing in the way of desserts, apart from fresh fruit or yoghurt. No cakes, puddings or creams, just nothing sweet. But the breakfast is good, please don't get me wrong. It's all about what could be done better

started off in a room in the annexe building , which had smaller rooms , up graded to deluxe room in main hotel build for a small nightly fee

The rooms are spacious and fitted out to a very high standard. The decor is modern and the room (which is actually a suite) includes a large fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and fitted out to a high standard. The daily room cleaning is exceptional. The Nova Suites are perhaps the best place to stay in Pattaya

Breakfast was nice

In breakfast if they changed selection of fruits available daily: Around the bed they had a hard border which I banged my leg in twice the border is not necessary and should be removed I didn’t like the shower head as when tap was on full force it was difficulty to try and keep the head in one place

I come here since some years. It was the first time, that I not got a room upgrade. I was surprised really. Not good. In the second night I got an rooms upgrade. Food at breakfast is good.

I have had 2 different rooms, both room have had little ants. The studio in the kitchen, The suite have had little ants in the sleeping room too.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, I got an excellent room with a balcony as I requested, the reception staff is great, I received excellent treatment, the cleanliness of the room is very good, there is no doubt that on my next trip I will book again, thank you for everything!!! YAACOV

The hotel is located in a quiet area, suitable for those who rent a motorbike, great dining room, good food, great service, the hotel manager treats the guests well and talks to the guests, makes sure everything is fine, very good hotel, excellent suites

loved roof top pool and gym , staff are nice

lot of building work going on during stay scrap yard at back of apartments that have several dogs that like to bark in the night but lovely place

I stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was fantastic. It was huge with beautiful decor and equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. My room was a few steps from the gym and swimming pool. Perfect for me.

There wasn't anything I did not like. There wasn't anything to dislike.
