The location was awesome. Right in the middle. Staff were great and the room was quiet on the second night. I guess it depends on if the boxing is going on outside.

The pool was tiny and nothing like the photos. The 2 sunbeds matched the number of people that fit the pool.. They have 2 buildings. I think the other building had the good pool with the bar. Make sure you check which is which.

Our room was spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely and the bar was reasonable and provided both drinks and hot snacks. Location was good, short walk from Bangla st and beach but not too close to be noisy.

Needs some basic work doing. Cracked floor tile outside our room we kept tripping on and shabby looking in places.

They said breakfast was included but when I got to the hotel, they said I had to pay extra. So I did not get to experience the breakfast.

If you say you include breakfast, then don’t hassle the customer.

WiFi didn’t work in the rooms

Big rooms, you have privacy. Friendly staff. Would be an easy 8.0 if there were some umbrellas in rooftop pool.

Rooftop pool area was not as good as i'd imagine, there were just several beds and a small shadowed area which were occupied so i couldn't use it. Rooftop bar were also closed although it should be open. Your room can smell sewage. If you can manage to find a good room ( my 2nd room was good) and find a way to enjoy pool (go early, get creamed & lay under the sun or occupy a place in shadow early) then it can be an enjoyable stay.

u need to ask for an extra card if u want to keep the fridge on while u are out The shower water runs around the bath rim onto the floor So we just rolled up the hand towel to stop it running around Everything else was good

The location of the hotel excellent, in the middle of all services. Close to the mall. The breakfast is good. The staff were nice. Very very quiet place.

We booked five beds, two beds was uncomfortable and they refused to replace it, the reception handled the situation unprofessionally, they said cancel the reservation if you don’t want. By the way all the hotels were full around the location.

Very good hotel for the money. Good facilities, friendly staff. Housekeeping exceptional. Rooms cleaned everyday without having to be asked. If you like being in the centre of things, this is about as close as you can get, but to be fair, you can't hear it inside the hotel.

View from room uninspiring, but then again, you're not going to see the Hanging Gardens of Babylon in the epicentre of the tourist area of Patong.

The location, the room was very quite, sleep very well , the bed was very good as normally hurt my back but this one was good , no mosquitos in room , cleaned the room every day , gave water any any thing we needed , the price was also good

May be the view from balcony in one room we stayed but just the location as was round the back side
