Very good value for money for a budget hotel. I had a Deluxe room with balcony which I didn't use as there was no view and the extreme heat and humidity was not good for a 76 year old. Housekeeping very good. Clean towels and 2 bottles of water every day of my 30 night booking.

As I said I'm 76 and the shower over the bath terrified me as the bath had very high sides to step over and there was no non-slip surface, so once you start lathering your feet are very likely to slip. I've read many occasions when older people can have fatal falls through slipping, so this was a major worry for me.

The property was right in the heart of Patong Beach next to The Thai Boxing Stadium and Jung Ceylon Shopping Mall. Short walk to the beach and Bangla Road entertainment centre. My room was on the 2nd floor, small single bed with TV, air-con, Wi-Fi and a kettle with tea and coffee. Room cleaned daily and a fresh bottle of water provided along with tea and coffee. Swimming pool on the rooftop. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly and welcoming. Great value for money.

All was good and reflected in the price for a small room and shared toilet and shower.

Everyone was really good with accomodations If you wanted them to clean your room a little later there was no issues, they provided fresh new towels and fresh water each day etc. You also had the option of them doing your laundry for a little fee. The facilities was nice and you had the option to go swim at a pool on the rooftop.

If there is anything to point out The bed could've been a little softer. But each to their own taste. And you could also hear your neighbors quite loud since there was just a little small door separating the next room. Other then that there wasn't really anything to complain about, overall a good experience.

It's surprisingly quiet (not silent, but quiet) for the location - right near Bangla Road, the night markets and boxing. The rooftop pool has great views and is open until 9pm. The staff are soooo kind and very helpful!

I stayed in the budget room. The room was fine, a perfect size for a solo traveller - but the shared bathroom is in the lobby! Which is an elevator ride away, so if you need to shower or use the bathroom at night keep that in mind :)

Less than 10 minutes walk from Bangla Road so close enough to not need a taxi, but far enough away to not hear most of the nightlife music. Check in staff asked if I would prefer a quieter room and they put me at the back of the hotel.

Not much the hotel could do about it, but other guests closing doors loudly was a bit annoying. Quite a few younger guys staying there so they were in and out at all hours. And talking in the corridors was sometimes loud, too. Not the end of the world, just a small inconvenience.

Great location. Close to the malls and Bangla road. No noice in the room at all. However, if you are in the front of the hotel your might here the boxes of the Boxing Stadium. But this is always finished at around 11pm. Cool fresh market in front of the hotel for daily cheap fresh fruits. Would visit again!

Bit confusing, as there are 2 buildings that work together.

Perfect location right off Bangla Road so you're at the action but it's quiet. Room was clean and had a working safe, light and kettle. Super cheap rates. The shared bathrooms often had soap and shower gel. The staff were super kind and helpful! The pool was amazing, the flowers next to it are gorgeous! Usually you'll have the pool all to yourself too.

The shared bathrooms were often very stinky. The bed was lumpy.

The property is very clean. It’s also cheap and cheerful!, very good for money. The pool on the roof top is nice also, it gives you a good view of the town.

We knew it was going to be loud because we booked to be near Bangla road. You are nearby the nightlife so you can hear noise from outside (it’s bearable), also you can hear the lift dinging and chattering through the walls on some occasions but it wasn’t unbearable.

The property was in a great location just 5 minutes walk to The Bangla Road main entertainment street and 10 minutes walk to the beach, Thai Boxing Stadium right next door. This was right in the heart of Patong Beach. I booked a single room on the 3rd floor, there is a lift, the room is small but has air-con, TV, kettle with coffee/tea facilities and cleaned every day, towels replaced and tea/coffee replenished. The shared bathroom and toilet was on the 1st floor. All the staff from reception to chamber maids were friendly and welcoming and respectful. For the price I paid it was great value for money especially with the rooftop swimming pool.
