The staff was amazing Very clean room Everything in the room was fine and working Very good AC Bed was very good TV was working You get new towels and water every morning Location is awesome 2-3 min to Bangla road / 1 min bazaan market / so many restaurants around your hotel Oh 3 times in a week there is a fight in the Bangla boxing stadium - most of the time between 9-11pm. So you can hear the fight and music. But no one is sleeping that time in patong and everyone is also outside between 9-11 pm. So that’s totally okay. You come to Patong for party and night life. If you want so stay with family and kids - please book another location like Karon, Kamala, Chalong etc. - don’t come to Patong if you neee it quiet and if you like to make family vacation. That’s not the right category! It was a 10/10

Good location, polite and helpful staff, comfortable room, swimming pool on roof, very comfortable.

Only minus was, when we was hurry to airport, and ask the hotel to call the taxi, we payed extra money for swiftness, (it was more expensive than grab taxi), hotel reception told us that taxi would come in 5 minutes. But in fact came in 30 minutes. But driver did his best and drive super fast to made it for us in time, big gratitude to him. We were very nervous but thanks to driver we arrived barely in time. All other aspects were good:).

Rooms were clean and comfortable, some of the nicer beds in patong, and interconnecting rooms made staying with kids easier. Which we found hard to find in patong. Nice rain showers with good pressure The crib is in a great location, the quiet end of bangla l, but an extra block from the beach. Just around the corner is banzaan a brilliant place to eat. Go the long ways round till either side of the beaches to get off the beaten track for better food and shopping.

My only complaint was not much shade and no food or drink up at the pool. Which I guess makes sense for tidiness and maintenance, but it made it too boring for me to be up there long with the kids. I ended up at the beach or paying day passes to use other hotels pools

I like the place coz its very convenient for me to walk around... When come to night time, its very live up... Keep it up... Easy to find foods...

Stayed in crib for nearly a week which is situated in a prime location in patong (close to everything). I was able to walk out at all hours of the day and night and felt everything was on my doorstep which is exactly what I wanted. Whether it was gym, massages, food, beach, shopping, etc. It is also great value for money considering you get a room which has a functioning AC, balcony, a small desk, and a comfy enough bed to get some rest.

My only issues with crib was the lack of hot water, room size (smaller than other places) and the small desk space. The desk space was a big issue for me as it was uncomfortable for me to work due to its small size.

The hotel overall was great, the staff were lovely and helpful and had a great wee pool area although doesn't look exactly like the pictures on their hotel description. Breakfast was buffet style and had loads of different options to choose from, it was great. We were in room D7 lovely room, quite spacious and great aircon, however, for us, too noisy at night. If you're looking for something close to Bangla Road then this hotel is a great option. Lovely wee touches like bathrobes and slippers and also tea and coffee in the room and water supplied each day. Room made up every day and always fresh towels provided.

We were on room D7, the bathroom really let it down. The shower was over a high bath and there wasn't any handrails to help in and out quite dangerous. Also if you're over 5 foot tall you couldn't fit under the shower. Our bathroom floor was always flooded after each shower and the amount of silicone around the bath was ridiculous and off putting.

Only the price if want to stay 1 hour or 2 hour it good be less then 300 bht if they give us chance to buy more..

The hotel has a great location which is near everything markets, restaurants and malls, the hotel has is 2 to 3 star, its clean and rooms are small but I can't complain as it has good price. So if you need a hotel just to sleep and go out this hotel is perfect. If you are planning to spend some time at the hotel you will have to take 4 to 5 star hotel. We couldn't stay at the hotel because room is very very small. However, you have to pay 250 phat for breakfast daily but we didn't take it because we didn't like it. There is good cleaning service also

Swimming pool and gym are very small we didn't use them at all. Rooms are small for couples.

Lovely clean hotel. The roof top pool is beautiful. Staff so nice, we arrived earlier than our checking time and they kept our luggage and we could use the roof top pool with free pool towels, that was very nice to start our stay here. Great breakfast choices as well.A short was to bangla Road and the beach. The Banzaan fresh market is right behind it with street food in the evening. Very good location. The shopping mall is also across the road. I would recommend it. Best stay we had.

If u have a room facing the main road there is a lot of noise coming from the Boxing ring which is just across the fresh market.

The location is so convenience just next to market and department store.Walking distance to beach and Bangla night zone.The breakfast buffet was cheap and better taste than others in area.I tried Thai lunch and tuna melt sandwich and they were good too.Room is nice and clean.They provided amenities I request such as razor and beach towel. Staffs were helpful and could fulfill all my requests.I will definitely come back again for sure.

They don't have private car park provided.There is car park nearby for a small fee.So it's easier to hire taxi or motorcycle.
