The location is really central to the market, shops, farmacy, bike rental, travel agencies for excursions to many places, shopping centre, Bangla Road and to main road in order to get to other places quite easily. For the beach you would need about 15-20 min walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you!

The room didn't have any window looking outside, but it's not like there is a view anyway and it would be boisier than in the middle quite noisy until 2 AM The door didn't close anymore at a certain point, but was fixed as soon as told.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained The location was perfect ,close to the city centre and attractions.

Is in central of patong activity as well beside jungceylon Mall and boxing stadium and So quite inside. I suggest to stay there easy to access any way and gooood price and supportive staff

good size room, casting from phone or laptop to tv, private internet connection, very close to bangla road and shopping centre - and western union, restaurant downstairs, friendly staff and reception, flexible, welcoming - hurt my eye and good place to just chill and heal - again 4 mins from bangla road so you close enough but not in the riff raff.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service . Food in restaurant was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Travelled from Germany to Thailand and found this hotel in Phuket. New hotel, overall very good. It's a nice place to stay, rooms are big and modernized. Walking distance to banglas road and patong beach. Free water everyday, nice restaurant and next to boxing arena. Good value for money. Beds hard(like most times in Thailand) Reception guy (Bobby) very friendly.

No laundry service, safe wasn't working

The room is very big but a little bit old, it looks like that or was a higher level hotel in past. Good internet connection and clean place. Good relation between price and quality. Located just in front of the fresh market of Patong where by night there is street food and just on the side of the big mall, 10 minutes walking by the beach and 5 from Bangla road.

The hardest mattress where I ever slept..!

It's all good. The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly, the administrator moved us to another room of the higher category without any problems. We were satisfied!

Beautiful location just in front of the coolest patong night market, and just beside Thai boxing events arena, the hotel is beautifully decorated and the restaurant worth to try.
