The cleanliness, accessibility of transport, the itinerary suggestions by the host, the comfort, boat booking, the vibe, everything was on point :)

The staff was very kind. I liked the fact that you can't take your shoes with you upstairs, but leave them downstairs. It is located right in the center of Phuket old town, which is great. The airco works well. Overall I had a good experience here.

The toilet paper was finished every evening, so some evenings we had to ask for it. The isolation is not the best, you can hear people walking and we did not sleep that well because some people were talking loudly in the night. The beds were not that comfy and I needed to ask for a second pillow, as the one pillow that we had was too thin.

Clean, comfortable and wide beds, very friendly owner, excellent location, old building with lots of character (the common room upstairs is very nice). Access to a kitchenette with filtered water is a plus. I very much enjoyed my stay there!

The door of my dorm was very noisy, which was a problem whenever someone would come back late at night. There was a bit of noise coming from a bar on street level (below the hostel), but thankfully it closed at an acceptable time (maybe before midnight if I remember well). The door of some lockers is hard to lock because the two metal parts are misaligned - a bit of maintenance is needed on these.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The room and beds are comfortable ☺️☺️

The host is such an amazingly kind person. She suggested me many things to do in phuket, helped with my next trip with the bookings and also I could extend my stay for longer. The room is great, with a good ac, space to store your baggage and comfortable bed with a towel. Bathroom is okay and they clean everyday, but maybe due to flow of people, it wasn't the best, but pretty fair for the price. Finally, the hostel is well located, with many night markets, restaurants and etc nearby, and it's easy to come from the airport (the host also helps with this).

Exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing - central old town with most local attractions in walking distance. There’s lots of wonderful food places and walking markets very close with one especially on Sunday which can’t be missed. The beds are comfy, rooms large and bathrooms/showers are probably the best you’ll find across any hostel. To top it off the overall building is a stunningly beautiful, old and well kept place which was a pleasure to stay in

The location was superb and the ladies at the accommodation couldn't be more helpful. First room with a fridge for me, this was a huge bonus 🤩

My first night was very noisy due to a bar/ pub underneath with live entertainment. The remaining nights were much more subdued. My room unfortunately backed onto the gents toilets so I heard all handwashing water being flushed/ flowing.

It’s very central to all the markets and really good food and bars (especially the one right by the hostel) around. Anna (the host) is very very helpful and will give you amazing tips for your stay. You can also book the ferry with her to any of the islands and she will sort it out. The place is clean, big and spacious, and has a very homely vibe to it. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying with friends or family or as a couple! It’s very good value for money.

This was the first hostel I stayed at during my trip to Thailand, Anna was so accomodating and when I decided to leave early, was more than happy to rearrange dates for me to return to finish my stay! Facilities are great, comfy beds and fantastic social area! So helpful on arrival, displays of events/ markets on every night and what you can do around the town! Great central location also! Thank you so much for everything Anna, it made my first hostelstay, and last in Phuket such a special place, I’ll be back for sure, and will recommend to everyone!
