Good location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and one street behind restaurants and 7/11, so far away enough from the street noise. Accommodation looked as described, it was handy having a kitchenette to have food in your apartment. Two separate air conditioning unit for bedroom and main living area. Rail outside on balcony to dry clothes, plus chair and tables. I was remote working and got internet speeds of 100+ mbps. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure too. Pool area got sun until approx. 4PM before it was blocked behind another taller building. Would recommend staying here!

The main pool was a little small but that would be me nitpicking - the ocean is literally 5 minutes away.

This was our third or fourth time here, great location, friendly staff and lovely roof top pool! The beds are the best in Patong and they have this app where you can order room service or for your room to be cleaned and they are bang on it every time! Great little clean and friendly place in a great location. It’s also fab having a kitchen as eating out everyday can become expensive!

The apartments was absolutely fantastic. Within walking distance to patong main area, Bangla Road. However, the apartments were located in a nice quiet side street. Loved it. Will definately be recommending to a friend. There was so much space in our apartment, huge living space, massive bathroom and bedroom, a big walkin wardrobe and a lovely balcony with loads of space. Book this place. You will not regret

The rooftop pool was closed for repairs. The courtyard pool area was very small.

It was my 2nd time in Phuket and I'm happy I choose BYD. It was more then enough for my needs. - first impression in hotel was great. Welcome drink, letter personally for you and welcome fruits in the room - received free upgrade from studio to 1 bedroom with pool view! Couldn't ask for more! The room was big, and looks really nice =like on pictures) - coffee machine with 4 capsules a day and coffee sticks if you need more, 4x1l bottles of water -very good location:. 5min walking to the beach (with a good and normal price, street food vendors). 7-eleven 2min away, lot of massages around - very friendly and professional staff, they make you feel walcome -Internet speed 20 Mbps +, stable and in entire place (once you login and no need to type passwords again)

Sometimes there was bad smell from the toilet, but it wasn't a problem as after few minutes it's gone

Spacious apartment with daily housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff. Not too far from Patong Beach and Bangla Road but still quiet. Numerous massage parlors and restaurants/bars nearby. Tour agency close by too. Two pools but neither was located in our building, so had to walk to adjacent property. Drying rack on the balcony. Our balcony overlooked the front which is the better view.

Bed was hard for my taste. The AC didn’t work at first but was repaired quickly. It continued to be wonky during our stay but we didn’t alert the staff after the initial time. The bedroom was cold and that was good enough.

It’s a very nice hotel. As soon as you arrive there’s a very warm welcome. They treat you really well. Courteous and friendly, without being all over you. Reception is very efficient. The hotel is in 3 parts. We had a suite with room / kitchenette, bedroom, en-suite, balcony (not much of a view!) it was very nice indeed: clean, modern, everything worked. Power shower. Toiletries. Fresh water. Snacks. Cleaned every day. And - important for Patong - quiet at night. The main block has a international style restaurant which is nice. It’s neat and clean and feels glamorous. There’s a swimming pool on the roof, which though small, is clean and tidy with towels and good quality sunbeds. The whole hotel oozes quality. They can arrange trips / taxis etc. No trouble at all.

Breakfast could have been better. I know it’s Thailand, but the bacon / mushrooms etc were a bit sad. The freshly made omelette was great though! Otherwise, nothing.

Our room/suite was exactly like the pictures. It was very modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The bed, bedding and pillows were so comfortable that I wanted to bring them home with me. All the staff were professional and friendly. Nothing was a problem for them. BYD is in a good location away from the madness and within easy reach of the beach.

The view from our balcony wasn’t the best, but didn’t spoil our stay in any way.

The only point that I would like to make is we had originally booked for three days and wanted to stay an extra two because we have so much fun, but when we went to try and book the next two nights the cost per night was extremely high. We were returning customers from the previous year .We were not offered, any discount to stay extra nights and was told that the rate would be a walk in rate, even though we were still customers at the time . A little bit disappointing, with the cost for extra nights so high, we didn’t stay the extra nights.

BYD Lofts really delivered our expectation as they advertised; Great allround welcoming staff , accommodation is equipped with every comfort and very well cleaned everyday. We enjoyed this boutique hotel/apartments so much, we eventually extended our stay :-). Kap(unka) / Hartelijke dank.
