The staff were all so friendly and professional! I felt so welcome from the moment I arrived. They definitely left an impression on me. The pool is gorgeous, very inviting. I didn’t want to get out! The rooms were clean, spacious and had heaps of storage! This hotel is fantastic. Great breakfast and location too! Walking distance from Patong Beach.

When we first arrived the room had a damp smell. I assume it was coming from the aircon. Housekeeping sprayed something in the room to get rid of the odour and it helped but did come back. Eventually we got used to it. That’s the only negative I have.

beautiful staff, clean and well kept facilities. lots to do around the hotel but also felt secluded and quiet considering it is in a busy location. favourite place we have stayed in at phuket so far.

We arrived earlier at the hotel and they tried their level best to ensure we got an early check in. Everything in that hotel exceeded our expectations, Also the location was close by to main without it being noisy. The beach, convenient store, atms were a short 3 minute walk

the „day light“ room booked over booking.com was on the ground floor in an adjacent building and had zero view, and did not match at all to the pictures and description on the web site!!! . We had to pay for a upgrade to a normal room

Location was great, staff was so welcoming and friendly, clean and spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and closet space, a lot of extras (bathrobes, beach flip flops, tote bag, pool/beach towels), the view from our balcony was amazing. We paid for breakfast at the hotel on our last day it was really good, so many food options.

The hotel is really amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It is equipped with a balcony and also an area where to hang your wet clothes to dry. The wifi is fast too. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is also delicious with a mix of Thai and International cuisines. The location is a 5minute walk to Patong beach and 10-15 walk to Bangla Walking street. There is a tour office next to the reception of the hotel so booking your tours are easy. Just next to the hotel is a money exchange office and a laundry shop so it is very convenient to have your money exchanged and laundry to be done. Restaurants and bars are also few meters away. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely book Nap Patong again when we come back to Phuket.

Nothing major, it was only the safe which was not working but when we reported it to the receptionist, they fixed it right away.

Location was good. Beautiful view from the balcony and huge room (blue moon suite) and very clean to.

Breakfast was a tad boring, not much to choose from. Crosstrainer in the gym.did not seem to work. Bed though nice to sleep in, a bit to short (I'm 196 cm)

The room was modern, large, the overall structure was recently inaugurated. Staff was always helpful and kind. The position is great as conveniently located within 2min walk from the beach, and 10min from Bangla Road. For 60€/night breakfast included, this was super price-quality ratio!

The breakfast was average with nice options for salty food, limited for sweet. Breakfast spaces were quite crowded and staff was not providing service at the table. Our sink was clogged when we checked in, however upon notification to the reception, the issue was sorted out smoothly. Hot water was sometimes missing in the shower.
