They booked us the highest floor which us nice for the view and all, the level of creativity and decorations is high and photogenic 👌. The location is quite and far from the noise.

They didn't offer slippers even though it's written on the details of the room, the billows were hard and not comfy. The safe box didn't work so is the curtains even though we complained about it and they said someone would come and check it but no one came! Same case with the iron we asked for it the minute we checked in and for 3 hours no one brought it! Even though we reminded them every 30 minutes! This ruined our plans for that day!

Everything I needed was there. Breakfast was great.

Had to ask twice for water that should have been in the fridge. Mirrors were not great for shaving. Got call from desk to turn TV down on first night, that means the walls are to thin, TV needs sound proofing behind it, idiots who booked a 7 storey hotel and complain about noise should have hired a villa.

The room was clean with fridge water, British TV - great to see for the first time in 5 weeks!

Birthday Celebration bonus: My partner asked a manager to help with a birthday celebration for me (I didn't know) and it was organized in minutes, complete with personalized decorations. It was truly touching my heart. In conclusion, our stay here was magical. We'll be back and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket town.

It's hard to find anything wrong.. :) maybe a selection of dumbells in the gym, It is good to add a few more different weights of dumbbells

Room was great, big size and the WiFi was great for me to work and have video calls. The chair and desk were also good for a couple of days of work.

In the bathroom the taps were a bit wobbly, not properly fitted but worked fine. Sometimes the hot water stopped working for a couple of minutes with isn't so nice in the shower.

Nice pool, clean, room overlooking the pool, breakfast nice enough, very close to the main bus terminal, not far from the main touristy streets. Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. The small cafe is convenient.

The mattresses in my room were a very firm. the AC is either on or off, the temperature thermostat doesn’t seem to have an impact on temperature. Missing outdoor lounge chairs other than few regular chairs by the pool. The gym equipment is missing major tools such as handles for the cable machine, basically not usable.

restroom kinda old and little sinky, little over priced for what I get, service is okay, I book for pool access view room but they gave me one with not a nice view , how disappointing, will stay in other hotel next time that cheaper and nicer.

We have stayed 20 night. The buffet was great, the room was big and comfy. Water, Tea and coffee is included everyday. The city center is 10 min walk and the bus station is one min walk (Airport bus arrives here). There is a pier 8 min by car. if you want to stay long term and work remotely is a good option.

The coworking space is big enough, however the WiFi is not super fast. if you work with your own sim is fine. They could improve that. They could also offer some touristic information

I requested a quiet room on arrival and was put on the noisy corridor next to a lift with multiple ac units outside the window, on request the hotel moved me to a quiet floor, so this was very welcome after 24 hours of travel, room was large and spacious and clean, housekeeping came every day but I usually don’t need my room doing so just left the sign up. Location is just 5 minutes walk to the centre but this is the old town so it’s not as noisy as the other side of the island, it’s more chill and laid back. There is a pool and a gym on site but I never took advantage of either of those. Breakfast was plentiful buffet service with staff cooking some eggs to order otherwise there is plenty to choose from.

No complaints, any issues were dealt with prior to settling down.
