The location is very good, 10 min walk from the airport, a 7-11 right next door, with plenty of restaurants around at a walkable distance. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They also provide a free pickup service to the airport.

We found the toilet bowl couldn’t flush as soon as we checked in, which the staff fixed immediately and this is good. Unfortunately, we found the water boiler was broken when we’d like to cook some instant noodles at midnight and so we just gave up, which was frustrating. Also, travelers with disabilities might consider they don't have an elevator.

Basin had a hole in the bottom which poured out onto the floor. Although I didn't expect silence due to proximity to airport, it sounded like there were cars right outside my room and what sounded like some sort of water pump going off constantly

very close to the airport - perfect for getting off a night flight and needing to rest. Really lovely staff - the room was upstairs however the staff insisted on carrying the luggage up and down. Also right near a 7eleven and a couple of cafes. Airport transfer arrived quickly.

The room and in particular the bathroom was really small - however we weren’t fussed and it was comfortable enough. I think the price fairly reflected this.

Perfect location for when needing to stay close to the airport for a flight (we only needed it for the day to have a shower and rest before our flight - cheaper than the lounge!). It's not a 5 star location, but we weren't expecting that and for the price, it was very much value for money. They provided a free shuttle to the airport terminal which was very much appreciated.

Use them if you want to go to the beach, they avoid the toll booth, where they charge 200 bath pr adult, to enter the beach, Friendly staff, completely ok rooms. Quiet aircon, water boiler, coffee, fridge in room enough water in bathroom We have stayed in this hotel a few times, always satisfied.

I stayed for one night as I got into Phuket airport late. The staff were very helpful and got back to any queries via the Booking.com messaging very quickly. I was picked up from the airport for the short drive to the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, with good facilities, water, tea and coffee. There’s a 7/11 right next door where I could buy some essentials as my suitcase was delayed. A really good choice for by the airport.

Free shuttle car picked us up on time. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and facilities very good eg comfy bed, good shower and air conditioning. Could walk to the airport if desired but shuttle made life very easy.

Loved this great little hotel! The staff were amazing! So accomodating and kind, so helpful and attentive. My family of 5 were well accommodated and had everything we needed. Great overnight stay and so close to the airport with transfers included. Thank you for hosting us!

Only thing was there was no breakfast service but that’s ok just ordered breakfast from grab.

Staff really nice, they provided free shuttle to airport. Room is clean and well equipped. They have international plug and willing to borrow. 7-11 is just beside the hotel. We went to beach by Tuk Tuk and back by Tuk Tuk bike. Tuk Tuk bike for 2 to 3 persons, is cheap and great experience, 150bath per tuk tuk bike only.

Very good location, close to the beach, airport and local restaurants, shops. Good value for the money. Room was very clean and people at the reception very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the surroundings

There is no lift so might be a bit difficult for the eldery people to walk the stairs. (there is no problem with the lugage as the member of staff took it to the room on the check in and check out)
