The airport pickup is a pain, we have to wait for 45mins before the shuttle depart, the drive is about 10 mins. It just very painful as when we arrive it was 2:00am our body clock time.

Short rest / shower stay while awaiting for late flight out of Phuket. The hotel is absolutely the cleanest I’ve been to in Phuket and that’s coming from an ex fussy hotel cleaner. The rooms right down to the paint work is immaculate. Staff are amazing. Pool was lovely and clear. Walking distance to main rd shops and we also had lunch at a gorgeous very clean family ran cafe about 30 metres from 7-eleven which is very well priced for both hotel & lunch ( cafe ).. The free shuttle ( accepts tips 😜 ) gets you straight to or from airport. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff. Plenty halaal Thai food not far from hotel. Free airport shuttle, free beach shuttle. For the price, better than expected!

The pool on the rooftop is amazing. The room is such good value - we needed to stay by the airport because our flight was delayed for 8 hours and we were travelling with our toddler and our baby. The bed is comfortable as is the room.

The breakfast isn't great and they are skimpy on towels and the hotel is large and there don't seem to be a lot of staff members around but for what you're paying for, it's still a great deal and a good option if you need to be by the airport.

Stayed one night prior to a flight. Free shuttle to the airport and the local beach if you have the time. The airport is barely a 5 min drive away. Had dinner at the hotel via room service - food was good. Very well appointed rooms - small kitchenette, spacious bedroom, living area. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a family with small children. Basic toiletries provided, safe in room etc. Spotlessly clean. The swimming pool next to the dining area has a good view. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Only minor point - if the breakfast is not included with your booking a charge of 250 Thai baht for a very small breakfast buffet is payable - scrambled eggs, some sausage, baked beans, a few local dishes and fruit. Not the best, but good enough if you have an early start

Great hotel to stay at if you are just getting in/out of Phuket. Staff was super nice and friendly. Rooms a bit small/narrow so if you have a lot of gear like we did, it might be challenging but otherwise great accommodations. Rooftop bar/pool area was pretty decent. Pool was really nice and decent view of green surrounding areas especially after being in Bangkok. Bar had some good local whiskeys which I liked and my wife's margarita looked good. Food options aren't necessarily anything to write home about but kids loved the chicken wings and the basil chicken curry was still better than anything I've had in states. Also, the neighborhood has many conveniences like 7-Elevan (of course), laundry, cafes, and great restaurants. The price also a very good bargain!

Really the room size was the only thing that was a minor challenge.

The staff were very friendly and happy to assist. Communication was good. We stayed the night before a flight home and the location to the airport is unbeatable for convenience. There were amenities we didn't get a chance to use such as the gym. We enjoyed many hours in the rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet alongside the pool area. It was quite difficult to get the staff to understand what gluten is and to access something gluten-free for a celiac but they tried to accommodate., Overall it is a lovely clean well-located hotel with much to do.

Really nice big clean room. Lots of space to put luggage. Huge bed. Little seated area. Fridge, water and tea and coffee facilities. Nice decor. Access to gym facilities good selection of dumbbells, 2 treadmills, cross trainer, bike and a smith machine. Nice small pool and a restaurant area on the roof. Housekeeping did a good job they even cleaned out the shower daily. Close to a beautiful beach that’s in a nature reserve. Some small shops and restaurants are nearby.

My TV didn’t work. The aircon in my room was quite loud especially noticeable during the night so I turned it to fan mode. The road to cross to get to/from the airport and beach is a little bit intimidating at first as it’s 3 lanes of traffic each side.

Spacious, fantastic value for money. The best bit was I was waiting for a Grab and a sentimental pendant fell off my necklace. It went through concrete solid stairs in a crack. I could see it but couldn’t reach it. The lady at the front desk very kindly managed to squeeze her hand in and retrieve the gold pendant for me. I was so grateful and so relieved. I hope the hotel sees this and passes on to her my extreme thanks.

Nothing. I was only there one night for proximity to airport and it was great. Has a good gym.

We were only 4 mins from the airport, which was very handy to us after getting to the airport from sydney late in the evening, they do have a courtesy bus from the motel to pick you up but we didnt know that at the time. But they did take us back to the airport free of charge. The food, staff, facilities ,pool, and view were great, They even had a tuk tuk to take you to the beach. The laundromat was across the road which was handy to wash your clothes. The restaurant at the motel had a buffet breakfast every day, and the restaurant was open from 6.30am to 9.30 pm , the menu had a good choice of meals. The noise of the airport did'nt worry us. There is a seven 11 supermarket around the corner close by if you needed to buy food, which was a very clean place.

Being so far from the Phuket, all our activities, the driver had to drive 30-50 mins to reach us, we were late once as there was a lot of traffic.
