Pros: - Big, clean rooms - Bed was comfortable - shower was perfect - AC worked well - Fridge in the room - Awesome Japanese restaurant on site - Cafe downstairs - 20 min walk/8 min drive to the airport with free shuttle service - Staff was friendly - Hotel lobby was really nice - Rooftop pool - 5 min walk to 7-11

Cons: - 500bht to check in before 2pm. Not a big deal but just something to note. - Literally nothing else this place is amazing

The price was good value and the location was walking distance from the airport. The room was nice and comfortable. Flights stop at 23:30ish so not a problem when sleeping. Can hear them slightly in the day time but I wasn’t in the room much during the day. The cafe directly outside does great food.

Such a convenient hotel for the airport, which is really just a short, flat, walk away! The room and bed were good. Also a short walk to the beach, and the hotel pool, with a view of airplanes taking off was lovely. Breakfast was very acceptable. The shuttle was very useful when you're travelling with heavy bags, and it's raining

This good hotel was really spoilt by the front desk staff, who were unhelpful and surly, not a greeting to be had (normally,Thai people are so friendly). I did state this opinion to the man on the desk, when we left, and he was unmoved by my comment! Having said that, the man who operates the shuttle to the airport, is a gem, he was so friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel has had a refurbishment or modernisation recently. Furnishings and housekeeping were great. Also the rooftop is well presented with shade and plenty of seating, it was a great spot to read and swim in a small but adequate pool. The rooftop bar was not open unfortunately it would make a great spot for a quite beer also.

The reception staff were less than helpful, the room did not have glass for water but cups for tea and coffee. They simply said to my wife who is Thai, we don't have glasses in the hotel? Then asked plastic glass, no have😳 I believe it's the only hotel I have ever been in that did not have glasses of some kind even soft plastic disposables. I travelled internationally for 25 years so I have been in a few.

A really convenient hotel, just a short walk from the airport. The room is clean and has everything you need. The shuttle to the airport was most appreciated, in the rain Lovely breakfast. The pool is great, watching the airplanes while you're swimming.

THE STAFF! The front desk staff were very surly and unhelpful. When I told the person manning the desk how I felt, he just looked at me and was completely unmoved! Having said that, the man who drives the airport shuttle was charming and so helpful! A better map should be provided, to make it easier to walk from the airport.

No Response on my email via booking mailservice regarding a pickup from the airport.

We picked up this hotel because it was close to the airport and there was a beach at the end of the road. Pool on the roof was very refreshing and the view was excellent. The breakfast was very good in a form of a buffet, you could pick from plenty of options. The room was equipped with A/C and fridge. Everything clean and fully functioning. Airport transfer is included in the price of stay, but it´s only 5 minute walk if you wish go on your own.

Sadly the roof bar no longer exists, but there are two 7/11 stores nearby if you need to replenish anything.

The room was bigger than we expected with a very big and comfortable bed. Lots of space to store luggage and clothes. Many towels for the shower, pool and even beach! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

As it is close to the airport you can faintly hear plane engines, but nothing to bad. What was bad was that when other guests left their room doors unlocked ( probably by accident) there was an alarm ringing incessantly and we had no way of knowing what it was... difficult to sleep with that in the early hours of the morning. :(

Great room, fabulous breakfast, lovely staff, wonderful to have lifts to airport, glad we booked this hotel after a long day of flying. Although not advertised, after my phone call, they advised me to call them to pick us up when we arrived, which we did and they came quickly, it was appreciated so much, thank you.

There were no replies to my booking.com emails, not sure why this happened, but I called them on the phone to be reassured that they had my booking and to ask about being picked up

It's close to the airport and the hotel provides a transfer. The room was simple and nice, good airconditioning, water for drinking, wi-fi. There is a good cafe right next door, big menu, tasty food. Great big park near the hotel! Totally recomend to visit it!

You can not arrange a tranfer for the time. You had to call the hotel. Which is very uncomfortable cause you never have a sim card when you just arriving the country. There is no option to call from info station in the airport. So I had to ask some kind local man on the street to make a call. Please add an option to contact the hotel for tranfer using Internet or add the option to arrange it on time without calling.
