A location that exceeded my expectations. I chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport (you can get there by walking in 10 minutes), the stay being for the last 2 days of the vacation. A clean, well-maintained hotel, without improvisations or utility defects. If the hotel had been in the city center, I would have been happy to spend my entire vacation there.

A small communication error regarding the included transfer from the airport. Although I communicated the time and the flight a week before, they failed to confirm and inform me how and where the transfer will be made. I arrived at the airport in the evening, and having no answer from them, I decided to go to the taxi area, but on the way there, I saw my name on an A4 sheet, stuck on the fence at the airport exit. I said that I was that person, and a driver came in 5 minutes to take me to the hotel. If I hadn't read the names on the fences or if I had exited at gate 2 instead of 3, I would have missed that transfer.

A short walking distance to shops, restaurants and pharmacy. A 10 minute walk to the beach (2 mins in a tuk tuk) with beach bars and shops. Staff happy to arrange tuk tuk and other transportation. Very close to the airport. Room was spacious with a small ground floor balcony that had access directly to the pool.

Breakfast was good although not a huge buffet more like a semi buffet and I found being there later the food was warm not hot. Perhaps an early time may have been better. Unlike newer hotels, I could not charge my devices directly into the socket with my USB cable so I had to buy one . No plugs available to borrow or hire.

I personally liked that the hotel is away from the crowded tourist areas although its 40mins - 1hr drive (roughly 1000baht by taxi) one way to all the popular activites which might be inconvenient for some people so i recommend hiring a car/motorbike, theres a legitimate car hire company next to the hotel so you dont have to worry about being scammed. Food around the hotel is also alot cheaper, the currency exchange place down the road has the BEST rates I've seen in all of Phuket (I was comparing everytime i saw an exchange place and every single one was lower), staff was amazing and very helpful, its a 24hr front desk so theres always someone there willing to help. Our room was clean and comfy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and was kinda regretting moving to a different hotel just to be closer to the tourist spots. Wasn't worth the swap to be honest. We should've stayed here for our entire trip :)

The fact that its abit far from all the popular tourist areas. Also, the door lock to our room was faulty, we had to try several times each time we wanted to enter our room.

We stayed here for a day and a half after arriving back from PhiPhi, as we just wanted somewhere close by for us to get our flight. This hotel is super close to the airport, upon check in the helpful ladies at the desk organised our taxi for the next day. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. Food in the restaurant was good and the pool super quiet, so we enjoyed some sun and pool time before our flight. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if like us, you want somewhere cheap and cheerful before you go to the airport!

Not many restaurant options around the area.

The staff is welcoming and helpful and very flexible. The hotel is in aviation decor very comfortable with walking 10 min distance from airport, all street and fresh markets on main road. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool. However, cold water is mostly shadded, good for swimming.

Cold swimming pool freezes in minutes even if there is hot weather, not for spending time in the water for long. We had walk in swimming room,paid more but have not used the pool because of the freezing water 🥶

It would be not easy for parents to arrive at night and move to Patong on the first day of the trip with my family, so I made a reservation to stay one night and move the next day, it was so close from the airport and the facilities were not bad, so all the family members were satisfied and were able to stay overnight. The staff were kind, the facilities were clean, and there was breakfast, so it was good to eat and move next day.

It would be perfect to have a shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel.

The hotel location is great for anyone wanting to stay near the airport. The hotel restaurant is AMAZING! Some of the best Thai food we had in the two weeks we were in Thailand. Great options for kids too. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The free shuttle to the hotel was comfy and efficient.

The pool had a lot of green grim on the tiles and needed a good scrub. Was still swimmable, but needed a clean.

Ideally placed near the airport - walking distance for us. Once located checking in process was quick and easy. Room while not spacious was adequate for our one night stopover. The pool was a decent size and like the rest of the accommodation the aeronautic theme was kinds nice.

Roadside signage could have been a bit better along with clearer signage that the lobby was situated 30 metres down the laneway. The balcony while not used is a bit small if one wanted to spend a decent amount of time outside.

Very nice hotel and much needed before flying home after extensive travelling. Stayed for 3 nights as only a 20 minute walk to lovely beaches and restaurant's. Room was great with very comfortable beds and very clean. Nicely decorated. Balcony was sun facing which was nice. We ate in the on site restaurant as it offered a good choice but probably a bit more expensive than outside. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend. Plus it was literally a 10 minute walk to the airport so no need for a taxi as very straightforward to the departures. Just follow Google maps. The nicest hotel we stayed in during a 1 month visit to Thailand.

The pool didn't get any sun throughout the day as the building blocked the sunlight. The pool area also seemed to catch the wind. Gym was smaller than expected but still good to have. Crossing the road immediately outside the hotel was a bit tricky but ok as long as you are quick

Staff are great. Location is great. Room is really nice. Close to airport but still very quiet as it's a bit off the street. Good facilities and very comfortable. I've stayed here many times.

Bathroom layout is a bit strange and can make it a little uncomfortable. Needs better lighting. Can be a little epensive but overall , really good. There is no option for better value without breakfast included.
