Great location, shops and restaurants are nearby and the airport is just about 1 km away by foot. And the walk is super easy. There is a pool and you can buy food and drinks from the hotel bar when it's open. I nearly missed that I have free breakfast included in my booking. Easy communication with the hotel via WhatsApp or via Booking.

I stayed in a dorm and the room door isn't locked and there was no locker for luggage. Or there might have been one small one at the head of the bed but I didn't get a key for it. The area feels safe and is in a more residential area, but regardless I was happy that I only stayed one night because I would have been worried about my stuff otherwise. But even because of this I'd stay again if I arrived late or flew early the next day. Some more hooks in the shower/bathroom area would be nice.

We only stayed one night on arrival in Phuket as we were on our way to Ko Lanta the next day. When we arrived at the airport we were delayed as our bags were still in Singapore so we missed check in at the hotel. However our room was left open and we could pay the next day. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the air port. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful, arranging transport and making boat enquiries for the next part of our journey. The receptionist was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great too! Thank you so much! Highly recommend! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Nothing! But don't be put off by the dark street as you approach the hotel if arriving in the evening. It's great when you get there!

Check in was a breeze. Room is huge even when additional bed is occupied. Bathroom are clean but shower area a bit dark since lighting only 1 in middle (toilet area). Water pressure is amazing. Pool right out of our room and with a nice depth. Might be crowded and noisy during peak hours but hotel provide earplug if u want to sleep soundless. But night swim is awesome, less crowd or no one at all. Airport is just 6mins by car or 10-15mins walking. but we have luggages so we dont opt for walking. Restaurant or convenient store are just walking distance.

Bathroom drain was clogging dont know why, since water pressure is quite strong, it cant drain quickly so its like a puddle when u shower. Pool might be noisy sometimes with people laughing and playing, but there are earplug u can use. The add on bed was quite thin on a hard bed, so if you are big, might not be confortable.

The hostel vibe is great and I was still able to have a private room and the room was great , I liked the direct access to the pool. The location is very convenient (walking distance to the airport) and Naiyang Beach (great beach , perfect for long walks) and lots of little shops and a local market nearby . The staff are all very lovely and helpful , they made my stay even more enjoyable 😊😊

The air conditioner in my room was pretty loud so it was causing some difficulty sleeping (they provide earplugs , I had to use them) otherwise though the hotel is very quite and relaxing.

We encountered difficulties in booking half-day excursions. The hotel staff was kind enough to call the agencies, but the requested price was much higher than what we had found on the internet. On the sites found, the transfer from the hotel were not offered.

Super close & very easy to walk to airport with luggage 5minutes. Great swimming pool and great common areas at back to converse with other travellers Also has book swap, guitar & thought of the day cards 7 11 very close for easy cheap snacks Comfortable beds, everything clean. Relaxed atmosphere, Brilliant hostel!

No kitchen to cook in but had fridge, toaster and kettle plus plates, bowls and cutlery (no cups, but reception has paper cups) Also few mosquetoes but repellent suplied and new tennis racket zapper works really well

The staff is super friendly and efficient and the pool is great. I stayed in the shared room which was honestly very comfortable and cozy - the pods are good size too so in a way it seemed private

The location is a 5-10 minute walk to the airport - which is why i and i assume most ppl would stay here - but it didnt seem like there was much going on in the area - again i was just there a few days to prep for my flight

I believe that there is no problem with cleaning the room daily, but I would recommend at least emptying the trash: bottles, plastic, cans. There is no travel agency in the whole area - even if you choose to stay only 1-2 days, the possibility to book one-day or half-day trips would be welcome.

Super clean and comfortable room. Lots of free toiletries provided, comfortable bed, good wifi, clean pool, quiet location. Walking distance to the international and domestic airport terminals (15 mins). We didn't notice any air traffic during the day or night.

The pool area got a little noisy at night with the music (although it didn't last long). We were flying out early the next morning so didn't want to party!

Booked a private room for the night before our flight from Phuket airport so we were close to the airport to make the travel home a little easier. the room was very nice and clean. Shower gel/shampoo/ hand wash/toothbrushes all provided. Bed was pretty comfy. They also provide towels for the shower and for the pool which was great. Good air conditioning that was on the quiet side. When in bed we could hear a fair amount of noise from possibly a bar nearby but the hotel provides ear plugs. We also never worked out how to lock our door when leaving our room or at night, however we didn’t mind as felt safe enough and just locked our valuables in the safe. The pool is really nice and there is enough seating around the pool. Staff are super helpful and very friendly and happy. you can get your washing done at the hotel for a charge, rent a moped/bike for a charge and they do really good food all very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend staying here, we would definitely stay again.

we couldn’t work out how to lock the door, but we weren’t too fussed and i’m sure if we’d have asked the staff could have shown us.
