Great hotel with good sized rooms, excellent pool area including slides with lots of space for swimming and relaxing. Pool view rooms facing the internal court yard are much quieter than the city facing room and the balcony outlook is great. Breakfast in the Hotel is excellent with a wide range of choices both European and Asian inspired and good coffee. Reception staff are very helpful and the in-house tour desk offers high quality local recommendations on places to visit. Good location for accessing the beach, shops like the seven eleven and local restaurants, recommend the nearby Little Prince

External rooms are very noisy. One of our party had to swap from an external room to internal pool view room in order to reduce the noise. The corridors are very noisy and the doors do little to block the sound of people coming home from nights out.

I enjoyed my comfortable hotel room and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with the buffet breakfast and the quality of the food. The swimming pool is clean and well designed and the facilities are first class.I

I can’t really find anything that I did not like.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed in the pool view room on the 6th floor bedroom was clean and tidy and bathroom facilities really nice. Buffet breakfast was great for the both of us and had a range of food to suit both. it is about a 10-15minute walk to Bangla street, or 200bht on tuk tuk. There is a 7/11 and a 24/7 shop right next door to the hotel and on the opposite side a scooter hire place that also does laundry, a massage place girls were lovely. The big OTop markets are about 400m up the road opposite Hard Rock Cafe. overall we were very happy with the place and would have stayed longer

The staff were so lovely and the water front room we stayed in was fantastic, great if you have young kids and want quick access to the water.

The beds were probably the only negative thing I could comment on, they were a bit hard and you could feel the springs. Other than that everything was great

The property is well located, it is very close to Patong beach and also to food options (including Indian vegetarians). The rooms are well maintained. Morning buffet was good, and had options for Indians/vegetarians. The pool is awesome, and all of our tours that we booked via other tour websites made pickups directly from the hotel.

Property was lovely. Staff and especially the security man was a nice guy, breakfast was amazing. Beds were a bit hard but they managed to give us a mattress topper! Recommend this hotel!

Redecorated, modern large hotel very close to the beach, the shops and the restaurants. The room was of big size. We chose the city view on the 5th. floor and it was better (and cheaper) than the pool view because the view is non obstructed when you sit on the terrace. Breakfast has a lot of choices.

Breakfast tends to get busy after 8 am. House keeping is good but I recommend to ask them to clean the room otherwise they may show up at any odd time.

Noisy because of the doors (it didn’t disturb us but if someone needs 100% silence during sleep it’s not his/her hotel)

Location, staff, cleanliness were all fantastic. Staff were attentive and helpful with anything extra asked for. Breakfast was great and the food menu had a broad range of options if you wanted to eat at the hotel. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the incredible security guard out the front. To be greeted with a salute, smile and a good morning/good afternoon every time you came and went from the hotel was perfect. The security guard was one of the kindest, happiest people I have come across and a serious highlight to my trip to Thailand. Thank you so much.

Amazing breakfast! Yummy and a lot to chose from. Great friendly and helpful staff. Amazing pool with a slide and bar which was awesome on a hot day where you can enjoy cold Chang Beer in the pool! Location was great if you want to be close to all the action, but not in the middle of it. You can still hear the noise at night from Hard Rock etc. but wasn't too bad. Would be happy to stay at Deevana Plaza again in the future.

Rooms could be cleaner as there was dust on shelves when we've arrived and floors weren't super clean. Also, we are unsure what has happened but our iPhone has gone missing from the room which was left on the bed. We think it might have been wrapped up with the bedding or something. Management was helpful to assist with the issue, but we've never found it unfortunately.
