Nice resort, brilliantly located .. close & far enough to nightlife equally. Good shower facility.

The breakfast was ok. But not quite a 4 star standard. You would take it if you catch it … but I don’t think you would wake yourself just to catch it.

We had private access to the pool in which was fantastic. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location was great. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk and enjoy everything Patong has to offer. I read bad reviews about the breakfast and opted not to include this but if wasn’t as bad as reviews suggest. We will definitely come back to this hotel and next time include the breakfast buffet.

The only negative was the wifi. It kept kicking you out. The wifi really should be an easy fix for this hotel. I really don’t know why they haven’t done anything to fix it as yet

Room was ample for single traveller, all I needed was available. Pool area looked beautiful but I'm not much of a swimming person , room was facing street but was sound proofed so couldn't hear anything, smoking on balcony which was handy!Room cleaned replenished every day usually at your convenience.All went well for my stay, beach 5 min walk, food market 5min walk too.!!

Like most places these days keycard needed for air con so can not leave on when leaving for a while, but that is standard these days and it does help the planet in the end really.So just expect that when travelling alone in Asia . Not really a negative just a comment

Excellent location, clean, comfortable bed and wonderful pools.

I booked a hotel transfer but the driver was no where in sight so I booked another taxi but still had to pay for the other taxi who didn’t turn up or couldn’t be found at all.

The staff are very kind.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom in the fifth day. The staff came for me but day did not find it. The internet is not stable and fast. No tissues

Needs little renovation here and there but generally the value for money is really good.

I didn't try the breakfast. U can exchange the money on reception and course was good enough when I did it. U can book any excursions on lobby. Staff was very good and friendly, all my requests were satisfied. Of course if u leave tips for home mades , service will much better. Location is perfect on main sreet, not far from everything. U can get to hotel from Airport by Smart bus and can get to Airport either. 7/11, pharmacy just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Bangla road 15 minutes walk. Food market 10 minutes walk. They provide all staff what u need - shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, water.

It was incredibly expensive price, because I booked it just few weeks before y trip and prices grown up in that period in general.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful,there’re two swimming pools,one in the ground,other one is on the top of the hotel,the location was nice

but the cleanliness of bed sheets were not good enough, I saw blood in the bed sheet,hope hotel will be improved, thanks

Didn’t have much expectations but was well exceeded. Originally booked as a place to rest & sleep at on the busy days we have at Phuket touring & exploring. Had another resort booked after but by the end we regret only not staying here for longer. Staff were great & hospitable, shout-out to Nat who works for the hotel’s touring agency. Friendly and helped us a lot with organising our stay in Phuket, recommended only the best and don’t think our experience could’ve been much better. Place was clean, rooftop pool had a great unmentioned sunset view. Best place ever stayed at for the value

Ours rooms were just beautiful , pool was great and always clean and location was perfect for us being close to Otop.

Nothing, we all loved everything and will now only come back to the Paripas next visit.
