Property was very clean and ambience was warm and comfortable. Helene is a wonderful host and if you are lucky you get a nice shot prepared by Helene herself. You can also treat yourself to some delicious French cuisine in the Bistro downstairs. All in all a very comfortable stay and a great value for money

Absolutely loved our stay at this guest house! The room was clean and comfortable, everything seemed quite new. We had a room with a view to the street so there was some traffic but it wasn't a problem since we slept with the AC working and closed the balcony doors. The AC functioned properly. Most of all we appreciated the location, it's really great: Kata and Kata Noi beaches within reach by foot, 7-11 shop in 10 minutes and lots of really authentic restaurants around with moderate pricing. We also visited Bistrot Helene and savoured Helene's cooking. Immense thanks to Thibault and Helene for their hospitality and such a great place to stay on Phuket!

Once or twice noticed a slight stench from the bathroom but it went away very quickly with open window. Also cannot say the cleaning was super thorough, although generally it was ok :)

Helene’s guest house was amazing treat for our stay in Phuket. The hosts were lovely all the time with us, always ready to help us with any problems or questions. The bed was amazingly comfortable and we had a very nice balcony with a stunning view! In a very good location, walkable distance to kata beach and main center but still quiet enough to enjoy a good night of sleep! Couldn’t recommend more and we would book again 100%

Super comfortable room, nothing to complain, just a suggestion of a revamp of some of the furniture, but really comfortable stay!

Helene and Joubert? were very friendly and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, 2 free bottles of water everyday. I was on the top floor which although was a bit of a climb after a few beers, it was very quiet. The big double bed was without doubt the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (big up :-). I would have no hesitation in booking here again. Thank you again Helene for a fabulous stay.

Rooms that are on the opposite site of the road have a nice view to nature and to the mountains. Also the fact that the rooms have very high ceilings give you this nice spacious feeling. There is also nice attention for the details in the room decoration and facilities.

Double booking caused some issues as I had to organise something else with very short notice (for the first night).

We would like to express our deep gratitude to dear Helen! she is the best host you could ask for! very friendly and attentive, she will help to resolve any issue. The hotel itself is very nice, cozy and clean. All equipment works properly, the bed is comfortable, linen is snow-white, the cleaning is very thorough every day. We definitely recommend it and would be happy to return.

The location is great as it's minutes walking to kata beach and the main streets. Everything was clean, comfortable and host was very kind. The place is accurate with the pictures!

There were a bit of muddy smell but nothing too serious. Once you turn on the aircon it disappears. I'll totally stay at this place again!

Such a cool quirky vibe!! The room was soooo spacious and bright with a really decent size balcony. Food at the restraunt situated downstairs was superb the owner and chef helene was French and you could see her passion for good food and good wine were spot on. Tasty rich fresh and delicious she was a perfect host and we know we would be welcomed like friends if we came again which we definatly would.

Great location, close to the beaches, restaurants and convenience stores. Big bright modern room with lots of sunlight and nature. Great amenities with a nice comfy bed, clean beddings and towels. The AC was new, quiet and clean. WiFi worked super well. I got a view of the mountain and the big Buddha which was also rather peaceful.

A few minutes walk from Kata beach and the main road, but in a quiet location with a few bars and restaurants very close. Room was clean and staff was helpful when we got early in the morning.very big spacious room with a large balcony and a comfortable bed.

Shower curtain can be changed, felt a bit old and dirty. Other than that it was a perfect stay.
