Nice layout. Very quiet. Pool access room was great. 10-15 min walk from the beach and kata itself but some little restaurants and cafes nearby. Good place to chill. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast pretty good considering the price. Omelet and fresh mango available. Shuttle available. We asked for an extra bed but they provided a cot. Too small for our toddler but she slept on the day bed and saved us the need to squeeze in the extra bed

Main pool a little on the small side but no issue as not busy and we had access to the separate pool by the rooms. Walk is a little uphill from Kata but not too far

The pool was great. Especially with a little one. Nice street with some restaurants, away from the very busy main strip. And they clean the room every day, plus we get new towels.

Sometimes we only get a "hmm" or a grunt as a reply from the reception staff. Or they don't look up and greet when we come back to the hotel. One girl that speaks good English was the exception. Another thing was that we had two bungalows. One with a great comfy mattress. And the other one with a totally different uncomfortable hard mattress. Upon our request they placed a soft topper, which made it a bit better.

Everything in this hotel was perfect - the houses, the complex itself, the breakfast, the staff. The houses were big and with new furniture. The complex had beautiful swimming pool, palms everywhere, a lot of chill areas and amazing forest views. The food was very delicious and the breakfast had everything you can wish for - pancakes and omelets prepared in front of you, exotic fruits and juices, typical European food, Thai meals as well. The staff was super friendly, always smiling and cleaning our room and changing our towels every day. The place was super quiet, but at the same time super central, just 10 minutes walk from the main street in Kata with numerous restaurants, bars, and market. It was walking distance from some of the most beautiful beaches on Phuket - Kata, Kata Noi and Karon. The best hotel I have ever been in, amazing value for money, hopefully I will come back! :)))

I don't have anything negative to say for this hotel, it was simply a dream come true to spend our honeymoon in this heavenly place. Everything was on its place!

Great facilities, pool, vast breakfast selection, gym. Cleaning staff, morning staff and people at the restaurant are very nice. Those from the afternoon/evening staff less so. I don´t take a whole point from the rating for that but they don´t greet, not even greet back, which makes the atmosphere at times a bit cold there.

Tropical Suite was a great size for 2 people, very friendly staff, short walk to the beach (anyone complaining online about the distance must generally be carried everywhere they go), breakfast was great value given the convenience (it was 250bht for ad hoc breakfast, not sure what the price is if included as part of the booking), pool great, pool bar great.

Firstly I would like to say that all of the staff members were great very polite and professional,they would go out of their way for any requests,getting scooters,food, activities to find you the best deal they could . Overall the whole resort was very relaxing and had a great atmosphere. The pool access villa was absolutely awesome the pool was very refreshing and easy to get in and out 8 /10 The room was 10/10 for cleanliness and the room facilities and air-con were perfect. The main pool and spa area was fantastic it was spacious with plenty of chairs and shade . Although we didn't use gym it looked well equipped for most workouts . We only ate breakfast once and it was good . The location is good with food fresh local food only minutes away. The beach was only 15 minutes walk away and it was a very easy and interesting walk . 7/11 only ten minutes walk also Overall location was very convenient. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Pool was great, room was spacious and clean.

Pillows were so hard to sleep on. Pool shower was dirty. Was close to beach but was a bigger walk to restaurants etc. Brekky wasn’t good

Nice hotel, close to kata beach, spacious room with direct pool access. Big bathroom, well working airco, and complimentary water every day. They served nice breakfast as well. The pool bar was open every day and served nice drinks, well made cocktails and food.

The rooms could use some freshening up, although not in a too bad state yet. Bathroom lacked a shower door so whole bathroom wet after a shower.

Really great location, out of the hustle and bustle - it’s like your miles from anywhere as soon as you’re in the resort. We had a villa with a lovely kitchen and sitting area. Netflix tv for when you want to have drinks in your room and relax. We were really impressed with the facilities and decor and only a few steps from the pool.

Upon check in the staff could have been friendlier. The kitchen could have been better equipped. Very minor but no full length mirror for getting ready.

Although the hotel is walking distance from the hustle and bustle of nearby Kata, I found it to be nestled away in a very quiet location. Great place for a relaxing break. The staff are just amazing and always helpful.

It’s definitely not an adult only resort, but it’s not advertised as such. It seems popular with parents with young children. Guests would need to be wary of kids when using the pool.
