Hotel is simple, clean & quite! Staffs are very helpful & polite! Location is excellent… local market is just 1 minute walk & can have yummy local breakfast. Around the corner is 24hours Mc Donald Restaurant. 7-11 store, Swensen Ice-cream at short walk. Next to hotel is a beautiful massage place. Famous Sunday Night Market is just 15minutes walk away…

very local hotel. they have morning and night markets literally down the street! very wonderful. they clean rooms EVERY morning which is great! very friendly staff. 9/10 only because the beds wasn’t comfortable at all. Also it’s a 14 mins walk to old town Phuket which is a plus if you wanna walk and look and shop.

Great Location, comfy room and staff were helpful. I was at the hotel for 2 nights in Feb and it met my requirements. The Staff were friendly and helpful and there was always someone on hand if required. The location was great with a fresh fruit and veg market close by as well as a few well known eateries within a couple of minutes walk. Kettle and small fridge in the room were a welcome touch as was the aircon. The hotel had a nice and peaceful vibe and a nice smoking area for the morning Coffee and cigarette. i would definitely stay again the next time im in Phuket City.

Good location, reception staff was so rude not allowed me to check in and get the key to the room without showing him my credit card despite the room was charged and paid before I arrived by booking .com. It was very bad policy and I was so disappointed Having to repeatedly explained to front office manager so unnecessary. Bad policy reception staff not very nice.

Booking .com took money from my account but hotel still wNt to see my physical credit card . This is not right.

The location was perfect. Close to food stalls,shopping, convenience stores and there was a variety at the hotel breakfast buffet. This is a perfect hotel to stay at if you want a quiet cosy little getaway with your partner or small family. The staff were very attentive and gracious from the time we stepped through the front door they were all smiles and super helpful. I can't say enough about the buffet (not many hotels serve gluten free bread).I was travelling for a.family wedding with my teenage son and everything was settled for me...especially the transportation. Made me feel safe and secure.

The staff made this place for me especially Sittipong(AKA Golf) he was always someone with a beautiful smile and made me feel so welcomed always! I had some issue with the room first alloted to me. I called reception and within mins I was transferred to a bigger and a better room. The only thing I would say is, it would be nice to have a tour concierge in the hotel itself, especially as 89% guests are here as tourists. Rest everything is great! Would love to put up in the same place if i ever visit Pukhet again. :))

Breakfast and location was great, close to everything and since I travelled with family we mainly stay here to go to phi Phi and james bond day tour as the hotel is close to marina pier, then we got picked up late and drop off first. Great for family with young children. Went to massage (Kim's massage) everyday during our stay as it's just next door.

The air conditioner sounds so loud, and there was leaking noise from the toilet I think ? At the first night I almost didn't sleep at all, we booked for 4 nights, so I asked to change room for the rest 3 nights and the reception responded well. The other 3 nights the air conditioner still loud but not as loud as the first room, and probably also I was tired from the day tour so slept well in the last three nights.

- This location is well far off the beach, hence it might not be suitable for someone who wants to enjoy the beach, although it’s a great place to stay if you want to explore the island and its various attractions for a couple days. - Couldn’t find any 7/11 or Tops nearby. - The bed could have a headrest for better support.

It's was understaffed. We had requested for an interconnecting room atleast 2 months prior. But only when we reached we found that there were separate room , which was difficult as I had children aged 14 n 16 years.we were family and a lot of discussion a senior manager came and sorted out the problem. Initially for sn hour we were cramped up with luggage in 1 room. Then after it sorted they shifted us to interconnecting rooms. It was so understaffed that while shifting we had to take our luggage with Noone to help. Not expected from Accor group. Rest was excellent.
