The entrance and building view was amazing, the reception area and the staff team have a worm welcoming environment, rooms are very comfortable with sitting area and nice balcony that has cozy bamboo chair. The concierge can arrange any trip if you request to any of the attractions. the hotel can arrange 2 rooms to be combined for family stay. located near a small shopping mall for any emergency needs or groceries. street food all around the area. Also, Expo market across the street for cheap cloths and footwear.

There are many Arab guests families as well as Big Arab muslim airlines crew staying at the hotel yet no consideration for Halal food or Arabic breakfast cuisine. I suggest to label halal food for the guests to encourage them to try Thai food, and provide some Arabic dishes among the Buffet. I believe such gesture will make the guests more comfortable to have their breakfast. The elevator and floors corridors are a little bit stinky with some light odor which I believe from old floor carpet. Very quiet and dark area after sunset.

Everything was excellent other than that the rooms are too small. The breakfast was delicious and has a very good variety. Everything was close to the hotel, the old town and restaurants such as Pizza company, Macdonald and KFC

We had dinner at hotel’s restaurant but unfortunately the food was horrible especially the steak, beef burger and grilled chicken as well

The rooms were kept lovely and clean, breakfast was really nice had a good Thai breakfast as well as some western options and always a chef making omelette, fried egg and even fresh ramen ect. The staff on reception were super lovely and helped with anything asked- ordered taxis and organized bike rental for us super quickly, offered different excursion packages too if you were willing to pay a little more. I requested a room with a view if possible and felt we had a nice view of the city. It is about 10mins Walk from old town center so everything felt like it was in good walking distance. The lobby feels quite luxury.

There is a roof top bar which had a lovely chill vibe but we only went up once as the prices were expensive, a 10% service charge and VAT was added after so the price on the menu was not what you were getting (which I had not found anywhere else in Thailand) Spa treatments seemed quite expensive too so we ended up getting a thai massage round the corner instead. They provided a laundry service which is great but that was extortionate as you were charged for each item ie per pair of socks. So again we found a laundry place 10mins away. The bed was incredibly firm but that does seem to be pretty standard in Thailand as far as we could tell. The pool was quite chilly and was in the shade. We used it once and there was no one else up there.

Great location, not in the middle of everything but an easy walk to the hussel and bussel

No pool outside and breakfast was expensive, only one lift working, and rooms were not sound proofed, could hear other guests

The staff were all very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we required. Special mention to pretty lady with short bobbed hair Tork, not sure of spelling! A birthday cake and a chorus of happy birthday serenaded at the door on delivery was very much appreciated. The room service food and Buffett breakfast were also exceptional. We ordered food for late lunch and the beef burger, pad Thai and chicken satay we’re all delicious.

No Bacardi in the bar on the 2 visits we made. The only spirit my husband drinks. Ordered another rum but it sure what it was as could it taste anything.

building is old but well maintained and clean. our room was big and clean. staff were just awesome and super helpful

the A/C was not good. for some reason we couldn’t get any cold water in the unit. the water would soon become hot and sometimes scolding hot

We just stayed one night, but the staff was super helpful to book our ferry to Phi Phi, they arranged everything for us including a shutter service. Breakfast had very nice options with fresh fruits and hot meals. Within walking distance from Phuket centre, where you can enjoy the night market and many restaurants.

We had a beautiful suite on 16th floor. Very luxurious and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful.

We ordered room service one evening. The food was cold (not luke-warm, it was REALLY cold) and way below expectations. We did not have the energy to complain and wait another 30 minutes, so we ate half of the food. The breakfast buffet was very minimal for a 5-star hotel. Guess it was due to the Covid-19 reduction. The hotel used Covid-19 situation to cancel cleaning of the rooms. That's a very BAD excuse to save money. We insisted on daily cleaning of our room and then it was perfect.

The hotel is exceptional the staff amazing, from the minute we arrived after a long flight we were met with tea and smiles. The manager Paul was there to greet us as we arrived, asked about our flights and our pick up that the hotel had arranged. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast especially Jack that made us fresh mango juice every morning, could not do enough for everyone staying in the hotel. The checkout staff, Chaum, Com, Maimoon that helped us with a late checkout. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying In Phuket old town as it’s extremely clean and staff are excellent.

Rooms were good. Good breakfast. Loved the location. Not too busy and within walking distance to local food stalls.

Seems like one of the receptionists was not familiar with the area. We checked in about 630pm and ask this person where's a good local place to eat and this person just smiled and said I'm not sure. I suggest the front house must be trained to be knowledgeable about the area since it was our first time at Phuket. Ofcourse we did our research but sometimes you would think a local would know better. Not that it's a big deal for us but apart from that, we were happy. We would stay again.
