The service was particularly good. We rented a car when we checked in and there was a parking service at the hotel for a whole week. Breakfast is also very rich, which is different from the comments I saw earlier. There are daily specialty coffee and daily specialty eggs. Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Western cuisine are all available. The room service is also very good, even the swimming pool is cleaned by a dedicated person every day. The most grateful person is Mr. LEE at the front desk, who has given us a lot of help and has felt at home since we checked in. Because of him, we will check in again next time

There is not much delicious food within one kilometer of the hotel. About 3 kilometers towards the airport, I found a shop with a small lantern hanging at the entrance and a Chinese label saying "Mom's Home". The taste is very good, and there are about one-third of Chinese people and two-thirds of foreigners in the shop. Recommended.

The arrival was a nightmare. Rude guy in the reception, you couldn’t eat properly at 9:15 pm. Very worried about payments. Speedy check in full of rush. A nightmare and not what I expect from Intercontinental!!! Horrible first impression!! Birthday surprise ruined and revealed in front of my girlfriend. The hotel simply dies at 9:30 pm. No place to eat. Nothing to do, no animation, no bar from 10:00 pm onwards. Only Room service with poor menu!! No suitcase rack or where to put the luggage in the room!! The beach is to crowded and a mess!!

It is one of the most beautiful resorts i have stayed in recent times, with all the comfort and amenities expected from a 5 star establishment and even more. What surprised me is that despite the size and the full capacity, we never felt like the spaces were overcrowded, and every pool and little corner was quiet and relaxing. I can't even pick a single item to highlight since everything was great, from the pick up at the airport to the last moment when we were escorted at the gate, with in between an amazing stay, whit excellent food ( which they always very kindly adjusted to suit my intolerances), a beautiful beach, kind staff, gorgeous architecture and refined spa treatments.

One little thing was a bit inconvenient, but not uncommon in thai resorts, based on my experience. The Toilet wasn't very private. a glass partition open on top and bottom for the WC area, and one portion of the bathroom only closed with a curtain. While for us it worked out, i can imagine that for other guests might be a problem.

This hotel is divided in 2 different parts from each side of the main road but there is a convenient link through a small tunnel below the road. The part near the beach has the best views on the Ocean but is also more noisy because the beach is public and there is live music from buildings nearby in the evening. The option Club rooms with access to the lounge is a real plus with excellent breakfast, private swimming pool, cakes between 2 to 4 pm and cocktails and canapes from 5 to 7 pm with an excellent service. The other part of the hotel near the hills is much more quiet but no sea view. Fine dining restaurant is really great and the beach bar serve the best pizzas in town.

Rooms next to the Ocean have the best views but should be noisy especially in evenings.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! I've slept in many 5-star hotels around the world, but the service here is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you're pampered at every location within the hotel. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to. Special thanks to Snow, a very friendly employee who always smiles and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Of course, thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience.

Literally nothing.

The hospitality of the staff (Bonus, Harley, Franky, buggy drivers, concierge etc), the rooms with pool access, the food (at Pinto, 333 and Pine Beach Club), the spa, the facilities - all were superb 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻 After checking out, Franky was attentive and kind - he offered my family/ friends to wait at the air-conditioned Devas afternoon tea lounge area when he noticed some of them were seated at lobby area (for a while and sweating) whilst waiting for some of us.

The lobby/ waiting area (whilst checking in/ checking out) was rather hot. Perhaps ceiling fans or cool mist fans placed at lobby would be helpful. But not a big issue, as overall our stay at the Hotel was excellent.

Breakfast, facilities, unlimited bottled water, pools, staff, location to other restaurants and bars and beach access

The hotel charged our credit card twice. We thought it was a simple error, which took 5 business days of multiple back and forth emails on those days to finally resolve. However it also happened to the 3 other couples we were travelling with. So my suspicion is that it's more than a simple error, and actually a systemic issue with this hotel. The hotel said the transaction was pending on their end, however for all 4 couples, both transactions were no longer pending, they had actually gone through and been processed. Pay very close attention to your credit card statements and transaction history as soon as you check out.

Breakfast, cooperation of staff ,cleaness and speed of response to any request

There is a delay at their soft ware regarding the half board , so the customer will be surprised with certain expenses that should be updated at system when he is a half board

Good location and very clean place. Have ocean beach area!

The way to the beach is bit difficult. People smoking at the beach side where not allowed, so need to move around to avoid the smoke for my son.

From the moment you arrive at the resort, the reception from all staff is very welcoming. Very professional. Their customer service was exceptional. Anything you needed, they went over and above. A special mention to Soi at the restaurant who made sure my baby was always fed. The rooms were beautiful, extremely comfortable, well equipped, clean, and bigger than most. The spa was relaxing, the architecture of the whole place, and mesmerising. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning and recommending it.

Maybe more variety of food choices. However, everything we ate was delicious
