The staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is modern, peaceful, lush, perfectly located by Kamala beach, 5 minutes from Surin beach, and far enough from Patong to have peace and quirks, while only an 18 min ride when you want some mainstream action. Probably the best hotel I stayed at, a delightful, customer centric experience from the minute you set foot in the facilities.

Great stuff, The hotel location Is good! (on the Kamal beach). The room (suite with 1 bed room) was good for family with 3 kids. Nice breakfast and good bars on the beach near the hotel. The kamala beach area is quiet and peaceful for those who seeking escape from Patong area (15 min by car). The total value for money was very good.

The swimming pool on the beach is a bit small

Location and the hotel design. Very beautiful and elegant. Nice roof gardens with swimming pools for the penthouse suites.

Breakfast was unfortunately a disappointment. Little choice and same dishes everyday. The menu was ala card so the waiting time was long. The restaurant could introduce at least one new dish every day and have more local dishes and products. The hotel had also some water issues. Our room hade problems with hot water fo several days. In the end we got an upgrade and moved to a siut with roof pool, which was quite nice. The rooms are very elegant but not all the details are practical. For example a family room hade toilet, shower , sink and wardrobe all in one space. So it was not possible to use wardrobe when another family member was in the toilet. Overall beautiful boutique hotel with some potential for improvement. For this price you kind of except a bit more then average.

Great spot at the end of Kamala beach- good room lay out and all the facilities to make it a comfortable stay- plenty of space and generally a fantastic spot to settle in for a few days

Just one restaurant option in the hotel itself which was fine in itself as plenty of options down the beach.
