Location is amazing probably the best for friends together. Staff are really nice.

The pool is open to the public. Many coming firm the outside and useit and sometime not the right people. The facilities are of 3-4 star hotel. And often they organize private events in the pool for corporates and close the pool to the guests. Bottom line, I would go there again but pay much less and take something in the same location but more private.

We had a cushion pillow to use outside the room's entrance that disappeared. Even when I requested a replacement, the staff displayed a lack of concern. We did not receive a replacement despite repeated requests, which we consider to be poor hospitality.

Great place to stay if you like to party and want to be in the middle of everything. Great staff, super clean and comfortable accommodation food at the restaurant was very nice also.

i didnt not like it but you should know music kicks off's about 230pm every afternoon so no chance of afternoon naps if that's your thing

We were treated very very good and Ralph in particular went out of his way to assist us. Breakfast was huge and excellent - on the beach! Whar beter than being a few meters away from the sea?

Nobody should/can complain about the Kudo

Overall the hotel was great. Perfect location. Staff was very helpful and accommodating helping me with early breakfast before a tour and borrowing towels for the tour after I checked out. The room was pretty standard, but comfy bed, nice balcony with jacuzzi, pretty good bathroom with oversized overhead shower. The pool area was always packed but I booked a bed/lounge on the spot and was able to sit/lay down for drinks food and hookah quite quickly. Both on the beach and next to the most famous party street in phuket. They provide flip flops and a beach bag with beach towels. Robes were comfy. This is a very good option if you're looking to stay in the area.

I didn't mind the pool party noise (until about midnight) but the fireworks were very loud. I can sleep through a bomb, but while I'm still awake it's annoying. It lasted for hours. The balcony is nice but your basically "in" the pool party only a couple meters above the pool and people's heads. No one seemed to notice though, I sat there awhile and no one seemed to be aware of my existence. There's no elevator. There's shampoo/conditioner in 1, rather than separate ones. Not a lot bad to mention aside from the noise.

Very good hotel in the center of the Patong Beach

My only problem was that the hotel was a pool - beach club, and loud music was starting from 11:00 am until midnight. It was impossible to sleep during day, as it was as loud as a club. It is perfect for group of friends that want to party but it is not recommended if you want to sleep during day and rest.

Loved everything about the hotel - the room (we stayed in a sea view suite complete with jacuzzi on balcony), the staff (they were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you), the food and drink (although a little pricey was of an exceptional standard), and the location - literally a few steps from hotel pool onto beach and only a 5 minute walk from Bangla Road. Yea there is music everyday around the pool, but it doesn’t start until 2.30pm, is turned down a good few notches around 6-7pm, and then finishes latest 11.30pm. Doesnt spoil your stay at all.

The breakfast was fit for a King! Generous and delicious. My favourite were Set B (English breakfast) and Set C (Asian Breakfast). The seafood fried rice and boiled rice was the best! Jacuzzi at the balcony was superb! Kudo staff from the reception, house keeping, Food and beverage to the security staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was the best as it is just 3 mins walk to Bangla street and Patong beach is just right behind the Kudo beach club. I definitely will book Kudo hotel when I return Patong.

Shower gel should be more generous can also use recyclable big bottle as there are two people in the room. Could utilise essential oil for shower gel and shampoos . DJ music could be varied rather than repetitive. Should include latest updated tracks.

Excellent location (on one side party road and on another the beach); super friendly staff (reception always so helpful with beautiful smiles); new modern clean rooms; stunning views (mine was pool bar and beach); great food; good party atmosphere with good music; pool bar; great sunsets, did I say how good the food was.. :)

if you are just looking for relaxing/quiet place maybe not for you (although after 10pm music goes down you can sleep if you are party pooper); not on the cheaper side either but plenty of good stuff though
