There is one point that the management should look at which is the number of sun beds and the way how people misuse them by booking them at 6am, not using them, and keep others waiting for ours or even days just because someone put his / her towel as this is reserved. This is very annoying and if I will change from this hotel then this will be my one and only reason.

Location is fantastic, close to everything and right on the beach. Staff were very friendly and addressed all my concerns very quickly.

The resort is a little rundown but is undergoing repairs and upgrades at the moment to bring it back to it's former glory.

This is the best resort we ever stayed in with our kids, and we stayed in a 5 star resorts all over the world. The main reason why is this the best resort is that it is a small one and you do not have any unnecessary stuff and things around. It is just your nice spacious room, beautiful garden, just 10m to the pool, and 10m from the pool to the beautiful sandy beach. This is really important if you are with kids because it is so practical. You do not have to walk 200m through a big resort just to get to the beach. The beach is just a few seconds away from your room. You also have plenty of shade to hide from the sun. The stuff is so kind, helpful and always smiling and greeting you. I want to thank especially to the super kind security gard that stood next to the beach fence during the day. He helped us to pick up kids stuff from the beach and he was so kind to us during our stay. We just loved him! The breakfast was also amazing, just everything you need. Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, oatmeals, vegie corner, croassans, lot of fresh fruits, pad thai, fish, chicken, everything. Outside of the hotel there is plenty of restaurants, shops, markets. Next to the hotel is also very nice beach bar that opens in the evening and has fire show at night. We just enjoyed every second of our stay at Impiana resort and would definitely come back. Nothing! Everything was just perfect!

Great location and one of only a few hotels in town and on the beach . Probably couldn't have got a better location for beach access and access to the nightlife /shopping/ restaurants . Transport options in Phuket are plentiful but you could stay here without the need to ever use them as everything is within easy walking distance

I was in a room at the righthand side of the complex which meant i was close to the nightlife outside of the hotel and it continued into the very small hours . So if your a light sleeper try and be on the left hand side which would be a bit quieter although location in the complex may be based on the room type

Breakfast was great. Hotel being by the beach is amazing.

Stayed 15 days. The rooms are out-dated. House keeping was not quite successful. Only few power outlets in the room (none by the bed). The bathtub was awfully placed that blocked the water to reach the drainer. On the rainy days the toilet leaked water in to the bathroom, the hotel couldnt fix it.

In the heart of Patong and on the beach. If you want to go out in life it’s just outside the door, taxi, restaurant, street food, shopping, night life everything. Or you prefer to relax you go the other way to the beach or pool. Breakfast plenty of choice, stuff very attentive and polite. We stayed there when we arrived for 2 days and then went to phi phi island. On the way back we stayed again 2 more days until we got the plane back home. When we go back to Patong we definitely are staying there again 👍

it’s tired. desperately needs a lick of paint. decking around pool is dangerous. loose and exposed screws. whilst their one lady slipped on them and broke her wrist.

- Comfortable bed - Perfect location - Beautiful ocean view - The staff were wonderful and friendly - Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious - Room service was prompt

- Not a fan of the shower over the bath - Cocktails didn't taste very strong. I felt like they contained little to no alcohol.
