The staff were so kind and very helpful The view in the room was amazing The swimming pool was 80% private I like that because other hotels they said private pool but next door room can see everything in your pool so were is the privacy!! But bandara was very good

It’s not easy to get a bolt or grab, once it took me 40 minutes waiting for a driver to accept There was no soundproof in the room I could hear the water and the doors closing from my neighbor in the next door room

The room was 2 floors the bed room was down stairs ,it was not mentioned in the room description. The resort has alot of stairs although it had a cable car between the floors but not all floors you have to use the stairs so if you have mobility problems or if your and elderly person its very annoying .

the room was great view and poole however i wish they have shower in the room. the breakfast was nice. the beach was the best privet and clean.

Great view, nice own pool and great hotel pool at the beach, direct access to the beach, free daily activities available including possibility to use canoes and sup-boards. The apartment has a nice terrace around the private pool and a nice balcony at the upstairs room. We also liked the elevator to hotel restaurant, which has an easy access to the beach and hotel pool. The room had some refreshments free of charge, and it was refilled daily. Breakfast was excellent. It included basic buffet and a breakfast menu where you could order different omelets, fruits, desserts, thai portions and more. The sandy beach was peaceful and suitable for swimming and other beach activities. The personnel was really polite, friendly and helpful. Phuket old town is within easy access by a taxi.

It is worth noting that there are a lot of stairs in the hotel area. Despite of the elevator you need to use at least some stairs.

The location - beach front, and the beach is clean; the room we stayed in has great view of the ocean; the hotel is within walking distance of local restaurants and stores; the staff were pleasant enough and willing to help; room was clean; breakfast buffet was ok, and good enough options on the menu for lunch and dinner;

The plumbing of the restrooms is poorly ventilated, I think, because we kept smelling remnants of urine whenever we used the toilets; the rooms are up on the hill which helps for the best views, and other facilities- beach, restaurant, bar, common pool - are at the bottom of the hill. But There is no efficient elevator. They do have something like a tram that goes up and down, but it is not the most efficient thing to use.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and even more importantly, super helpful. We had a big problem where we had to go to Bangkok urgently and there were no suitable flights. Even after we had checked out, the staff and A-Nia in particular spent literally hours running through various options and calling people on the phone, helping us find a solution and trying to reduce the price. She was a life saver. The other staff were all really good, too. The guys who run the pool/sports area were also very genuine and friendly and my wife and I had a great private kickboxing lesson, with two guys training the two of us. When my wife asked a staff member on the elevator where she got a refreshing looking iced milk tea, the staff member offered to just give it to my wife. Of course we refused and she offered it several more times. I asked her if she worked in the restaurant and she said she was out back in the kitchen - even the kitchen staff who don't face the customers were super nice and kind.

This is great hotel with great view and super friendly staff. Almost every room has it's own pool. But it is not used enough. If you have sea near you, you will not use the pool. In case of hotel occupancy for 100%, there are always empty places near common pool and on the beach. Staff is SUPER friendly. Hotel has the best restaurant in this place, so you don't need to search anything else. There are some candies and soda in mini bar for free, it is replenished daily. Hotel is based on the downhill, so to use restaurant, pool and sea – is much more better to have room on the 2nd or 3th floor. I highly recommend spa in this hotel.

There were mosquitoes. Even that I had insect repellent in the room, I was bitten
