The location and wonderful staff

The bed was really hard. Bathroom was terrible, old and dirty

Very nice hotel in a very good position. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and well appointed with a very comfortable bed and a small balcony that fronted onto the side road. It was kept in very good clean order by housekeeping.I enjoyed the pool which was kept very clean. Yes as some people have mentioned there were the odd leaves around but it is in a garden setting so you would expect this, it does not mean the pool is not kept clean.The hotel is so near to the beach you can always swim and sunbathe there. The Bus for Phuket town stops right outside on the round about. WiFi was faultless.

There was some noise from the bars opposite at night. This did not really bother me, but I think some people might find it a nuisance. If so I would suggest they book a sea view room. I was aware of this when I booked and I paid accordingly for the cheaper room which was fine for me. The pool is very near the road and there was always some background noise, no issue when listening to my music. Bathroom was a bit dated and the shower enclosure could have been better. None of the above are complaints just my observations.

Went here after an ant infestation at Le Maroc hotel. The sea pearl beach resort saved my last day of vacation. It's so clean and nice inside and out. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. It's literally 50 ft from the beach and a 5 minutes walk to everything in patong. Highly recommend staying

The TV was not usable. No smart TV. That's annoying at the end of a night. The view in the room wasn't much of one. But who cares. Just go out the front and see it all. Maybe a ocean view room would be better. But for the price... no complaints here. Worth the money.

Good sized room, with a small balcony overlooking the Ocean. Location perfect. Staff very helpful, cleaned everyday. Good value for money on the whole

The breakfast is not good. There is no variation in the menu. They offer only two sets of meals. I strongly recommend switching to the buffet breakfast program.

lobby area too depressing, dim and unattractive. mosquitoes were plentiful in the lobby area

The location of the hotal is good but it's really nead alot of work, and I suprice win you do booking then thy will ask you pay more for the othere side to have nice views it easent clean in the app. And the photo in the app was not same in reality

Need a small knife & bottle opener in the room. Twice asked for TV to be put on English channel - never happened!

The location was perfect but need more facilities in it

I took 2 two separate stays the 1st one was good the 2nd one the mattress was very hard not like the 1st room , when I did the reservation was written sea view , I discovered that it’s a partial sea view but anyway thanks

It was clean, nice and comfortable bed, good AC and the room was very spacious with a fridge, safe box and several closets. The location of the hotel was almost on the beach having a balcony to sit on. The staff was really friendly and helpful

It was located on a very busy street During the late evening and night Tuk Tuks with very loud music where passing by
