We really liked the hotel, so decided to extent our staying in Courtyard. Excellent and well maintained pools, nice and big lobby area which is also the place for socialising especially when a few times a week the small band plays international songs. Good Wi-Fi across the hotel, modern TVs with internet access in the rooms. We’ve had Half-board and were happy to get quality food in hotel’s restaurant. Food was always very well presented and tasty, temperature was perfect. The personnel in the hotel is attentive and helpful: Front Desk, F&B, Housekeeping, Pool team, Maintenance. The staff is able for a “small talk” which was nice😊Special thanks to: F&B guys-Prae, Jame, Kate, Dome, Tina, JJ, Like, Chiefs Tor, Bay, Pang, Oak, Nut, Rut, Man, Yacht; FD-Anton; Pool - Mali, well done, Team!

The Premier room is a bit boring, nothing on the walls, no flowers, just walls and beds. There was some noise in our room which as we were explained by Maintenance guys was coming from the main Air Con. However, once we informed the Front Desk about the issue, they immediately gave us another room which was quite and not boring at all😊

3 swimming pools all towels provided marriott standards throughout breakfast you can eat like a king

For the price we paid £200 per night would have preferred the renovated rooms NOT block 7 around the back even though rooms are very clean just that old dark brown look but they are getting through each block and refurbishing them 🙏

Buffet breakfast was amazing selection, very fast and efficient on special orders. Location is very good with walking distance to the beach and the lively night life. Our room was perfect position that we didn’t get any noise pollution once we decided to head in for the night. Pool ammenities are amazing with the two swim up bars and very friendly staff.

One thing I might add will be a more effective way for the resort to keep flies off the buffet food and also off the noodle station they had running most mornings. If you are staying in building 7 with direct pool access they should just supply you with swimming towels. When eating at the buffet they could add a eating / finished system as we were away from the table getting food and the eggs we had ordered plus the noodles station food turned up and was quickly cleared before we returned, maybe they’re too efficient at their job haha.

Hotel is right across patong beach,staff are courteous and polite,breakfast is good with lot of varieties.overall had a comfortable stay.

Big, clean, probably the most well maintained garden and pool area I've ever seen. The room was very comfortable but I found the bed somewhat a bit hard. Property is good location right on the beach right in the middle or Phuket's busiest area maybe. My girlfriend really enjoyed the pool aerobics The breakfast was definitely worth the pricey stay. Great selection and well staffed.. Didn't get a chance to use the gym but I saw it and it looked great. Also bonus points for 2 beautiful kittens hanging out by the pool area.

Although we hadn't requested any special decorations, the customer service team went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a stunning handwritten congratulations card, accompanied by a delectable cake, delicate rose petals scattered across the bed, and a charming heart-shaped towel, all provided complimentary. Every detail was meticulously attended to from the moment we arrived until our check-out, making us feel truly cherished. The arrival process was seamless, and the staff exuded warmth and hospitality throughout our stay. This exceptional experience has left an indelible mark on our perception of the Marriott brand. We are overjoyed to have chosen Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort for our anniversary celebration, knowing that they consistently deliver exceptional service and create memorable moments.

The pool is beautiful, the resort has a beachfront. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I loved how we were able to book our tours through the hotel.

Our room was old when we were located in one of the old buildings (building 7). However, when they moved us to the new building the room was modern and clean and we loved it(building 4) Also, loved how the new room had direct access to the pool.

Pool, amenities, location and room were all great. Staff were excellent. Check in and out was very good.

The directions on how to enter the property was not good on the ocean side. Our taxi driver could not find courtyard Marriott as he thought it was still Merlin only that we had visited Patong last year that we new it was the Courtyard Marriott. Signage could be better at the entrance as well. Also the walkway towards the beach within the grounds has poor lighting. Other than that we had a very nice stay.
