Brand new, top-class, and luxurious hotel. This is a true 5-stars with a stunning decoration. The staff is helpful, spa is amazing, the food is perfect, the pools are awesome, it was an impeccable experience and not that expensive compared to other hotels. Don't waste your time looking for other hotels, just book this one, you'll not regret it.

Water and soft drinks should be included in the buffet. They said they'll fix it.

The property was new, clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a room before check in time which scored high points for us. The rooms smelled fresh and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

Since it is still a new hotel I expected hiccups in consistency and service. There should be consistency in providing complimentary bottled water which was unfortunately not the case. Calling the reception to request for hair dryer for example I was not delivered and only after several reminders did we receive the hair dryer the following day. An adequate number of staff should be provisioned for the breakfast buffet to ensure continuous cleanliness and tidiness. I believe the hotel has the potential to learn from these hiccups to improve and do better in the future. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and would come back in the blink of an eye. Keep up the hard work

Clean modern staff friendly, beach

Room service hopeless.3/4 of an hour first time. The next time we waited 1 and 1/2 hours after ringing them 3 times in end just cancelled it. 3 tiny lifts in building which took for ever to come , no air conditioning in them, you would of died if they had broken down.Temp was 40. Everyone moaning about them,It was ridiculous. You better like your tea and coffee black in your room , we were there14 days not once did we get any milk capsules.Nothing in fridge, surprised for a 5 * Hilton. Buffet, plenty but boring.Fried chicken dry and hard , you couldn’t bite the doughnuts. If fact all food was over cooked.

Our room was beautiful! With sea views. Spa & Massage by Ahmad was amazing, also 10/10! This was a wonderful stay at Hilton! The hotel is located in a touristic zone just on the beach. You can have a nice time there, there are plenty sunbeds available. There are a few swimming pools, bars and restaurants, everybody will find something nice. The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need to feel taken care of and relaxed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts served in the main restaurant are delicious, with a variety if choice. It was a nice stay during my business trip, but it's convenient also for a family trip. If I have a chance to come back I will choose this hotel once again.

The main restaurant was crowded during breakfast pick-hours and it was quite difficult to get tea/coffee for drink. Apart from this I liked everything.

Their staff from the reception to the restaurants even their housekeeping , great view and location . Clean Tarek marwa and laura great front end stafd , radya and sereen the best housekeeping , alyaa shems and maysaa wrrw always friendly in the restaurant.

Need to have more variety in food and more staff

The playhouse is open until 19:00. It should be open until 22:00 The bottled water in the hotel is the same water as from the tap. The hotel gave us not good drinking water in the rooms. Need to change supplier Čovjek na recepciji ljubazan i profesionalan Breakfast very decorative but not so tasty. Bad coffee, bad cucumber and beet decorative drink. There are no squeezed juices like squeezed orange and others. Breakfast below expectations

The kids club , they took good care of our 5 years old child especially Reem , she was exceptional

They need to put more water for family rooms , and place the Non disturb button, also they should make more family shows for the children

The beach was super nice and clean, rooms are big with really comfortable beds. The Pool area was very clean and well organised. Reception team and door team were very professional and responsive, always smiling. Overall was a nice experience and I would recommend.

The food in the a la carte restaurant was very disappointing, also the service from the restaurant team was not friendly and even rude once…. We did enjoy the burger and the service in the pool restaurant. The servers in the buffet restaurant were not attentive, were laughing and talking to each others all the time without paying attention to the guests, they were actually avoiding eye contact and when we were trying to get someone attention and they would try to send someone else.

Great facilities, very comfortable beds and nice rooms. Nice pool and kids corner

Room service was slow (4pm and room not done yet), no in room dining service, limited choice of food and only one restaurant available, overall the food was average and quite salty
